The Village of Patchogue sits on the south shoreline of Long Island in Suffolk County. Part of the town of Brookhaven, the community was incorporated in 1893, and is now home to a variety of fine dining establishments and breweries. Lombardi’s on the Bay is a popular spot to dine and has great water views.
The beautiful neighborhood, combined with a low cost of living and proximity to New York City, makes Patchogue an ideal place to live. You’ll love everything about your apartment – like how it’s close to Shorefront and Rider Avenue Parks.

Property Ratings at Maple Tree Apartments
Not a good Place at all to Live at is a lot if Roaches and the silent fall a lot of black mold in the apartment no one comes and fix anything and even if you want to leave they won’t give you security back or half of your security so think about moving in here before you move From any other places You have People that sleep outside and when you call for Fixing nobody comes in until like five months to fixing you appointment smh is not good at all
I have been here since April 1st of this year and I plan on staying years my apartment is huge clean no bugs or leaks and everything is new love it nobody bothers me as well.
I am a current resident and let’s just say next year cannot come quick enough, this place is nothing but a headache. Maintenance is a joke, work orders unnoticed for 2/3 months, crack and heroin addicts just hang out like they pay bills. Let’s no t forget the bugs roaches, crickets and god only knows what else. Do not I repeat do not move here you will regret it, I do everyday I wake up in this raggedy establishment. One star give but if I was up to me there would be none.
I lived at the Maple Tree Apartments for a year and a half, my experience was not a good one.
walkways covered in dog crap, homless ppl sleeping in the parking garage that you have to pay to use, rental office that smiles to your face and never put in work orders or complaints, overflowing dumpsters, emergency evacuation at 11pm due to carbon monixide because they are so behind fixing things, walls and floors so thin that you can hear your neighbors even when they wisper.moving out if there was the best decision of my life.only giving 1 star because it wont let me post this without any.
This place is disgusting! No exterminators, it's rat and roach infested!! You will REGRET IT! I lived there for the longest 2 years of my life. Trust me, it's gross.
I have lived in the complex for two years now and I'm very disappointed with the property always being dirty, garbage overflowing from dumpsters daily, hallways are dirty and need to be painted, the property management does not like to fix repairs and if they do a repair its always days later. when you do call for a work order, the girl in the office is not courteous nor does she put work requests in. the property owner makes you pay a water bill here and the rent is constantly going up every year. this property is not kept up or clean and is not worth 1300 a month. Come visit yourself and you will see things for yourself!
