maintenance does not do routine maintenance work orders take forever to get done and the management isn't very good, snotty and uncooperative,they classify themselves as luxury but by today's standards they are not the only luxury thing about it is the space

Mapledale Apartments
This Apartment complex is average, it was once a luxury apartments, but it has lost its luxury value, compare to other apartments that has more to offer in a apartment for the price I pay. I am currently looking for the ideal apartment that has everything I want in a apartment.
