Maplewood is a very nice place to live! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I moved into a newly renovated one bedroom. Everything was clean and brand new, including new appliances. I lived in a downstairs apartment and didn't hear any type of noise from the surrounding neighbors. The complex is also very accommodating to pet owners. The property was always well maintained and had a nice pool that was open during the summer. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with everything you need close by. Loved living here, only moving because I bought a house!

I'mi have lived in MapleWood Apartments since January 2015 and must say that I have truly enjoyed my time. The community is safe and less than 10 minutes away from a bus stop, Syracuse university, groceries, a drug store, and a variety of take-out/eat in food places (pizza, bagel store, wings.) Management and maintenance are kind, attentive, and so helpful if you need assistance. Tenants are friendly, and I have not had any issues with noise. Nice grounds, beautiful neighborhood. I've lived in both single and two-bedroom apartments here and I was more than impressed with both options. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving into a house with my significant other.

Great apartment complex, located close to campus for work and 10 mins from Fayetteville for shopping and groceries! Awesome pool open during the summer months, and nicely manicured grounds. Clean and newly remodeled apartments with ground patio access! Also walking distance to some take out restaurants and small strip mall. Management is kind and responds quickly to the one and only issue I had during my year there, had to move for a new job opportunity.

We lived in Maplewood for about a year. It was a very pleasant experience as the territory was clean and safe and quiet. It is also equipped with the open swimming pool (for summer time) and Barry Park with a nice playground for kids is just 10 min walk. It also belongs to the best in the area JDW school district and kids get enrolled to the Tecumseh school. We were staying in newly remodeled 2 bdr apartment with modern kitchen appliances and new wooden cabinets. The maintenance guy was great – was fixing any issues we complained about in the blink of an eye. The neighbors were also good, mostly university employees and professionals. Would highly recommend this place for families with kids.

I lived at Maplewood for two years and loved every minute of it. The only reason I left was because I was moving out of the area for work. The property manager is kind and incredibly responsive. If she was ever unable to get to the phone she always called me back within one to two hours. I only ever had two maintenance issues in two years of living there (a testament to how well the property is kept up over time) and both times the maintenance manager, who lives on site, was there to address the issues promptly. Residents are well-vetted, and most of them are friendly and polite. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and very convenient to basically everywhere - the mall, the University, and downtown - without the burdens of city noise or inconsiderate college students.

Lived in this complex for three years- friendly management and maintenance staff, pool on site (which is well maintained and has a lifeguard on duty), and within a great neighborhood.

I have lived here for about 2 years. Only good things to say. Rent is easily paid online. Pet friendly, quiet, maintenance handled quickly. Snow removal handled as quickly as possible. Laundry is in the basement of every building so you don't have to get wet if its raining or snowing. Apartments are very nice, clean, and well kept. Would recommend this place to any friend or family member.

Lived in 2 different apartments, everything was good, nice pool, really close to everything. Staff is great.

Lived here for a year, was not given the option to renew our lease per management. Wasn't given a clear reason, maybe due to remodeling as they're increasing rents. Had I known this would be a year lease, I would never have rented. Found out from another tenant we were not the only one's forced out. Property manager was very unprofessional, threatened to not return our security deposit as well. If this doesn't steer you away here are some pros/cons: PROS: Very nice pool, remodeled kitchens, suburban location (though there's quite a few burglaries on Westminster/Euclid, and the key bank next door was robbed a few months ago). CONS: Maintenance was slow (1 guy for 150 units), had about 10 maintenance issues within the year, parking lots were always a mess when it snowed (often had to park in a different lot because there's limited parking), you will hear your upstairs neighbors playing music, talking, walking around, etc. All of this was marred by the fact that we were forced to leave unexpectedly as there is no non-renewal clause in the lease. If you are looking for a longer lease, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere
