Dude don’t live here. The management people are nice but stuff doesn’t work. If things break, they don’t get fixed. Also, they gave our garage door opener to a random person. Bad times.

It's a good price for the space in the apartment and location. However, needing my fridge and stove to be replaced even before I'm in the apartment and it still not being done when I move in isn't great. Also, just random little things such as scuffs on the walls and a barely attached bar on my bathroom door all accumulate to make the experience sub par.

The safety is questionable but the area is convenient and the unit is appealing.
It is convenient to other places. Family orientated neighborhood. Trees and walking area. You can hear the sounds of nature when it is quite out.
Birchwood 1 is a comfortable place to live. Maintenance staff is excellent. Other staff experiences have been great
Don't rent from this leasing office unless you think it's okay for them to take more than three months to fix a hole in the ceiling.
The location of the building is incredible. Management and maintenance could definitely use some work. Snow removal is not up to par with what's stated in the lease. Laundry services are expensive and underperfom. Neighbors are very nice, quiet building, could use some added security measures on outer doors. Best thing about the place is the massive balcony.
'You get what you pay for'. Our rent is relatively low for Fargo area however there are several problems, both aesthetic and mechanical, with the apartment and complex.
Very noisy building. Parking lot is a mess needs snow removal. Heat has gone out 4 times.
I love this community. There are a lot of families and nice young people. My large two bedroom apartment is awesome. I love my window in my dining area. I also love the other amenities such as my large balcony and its window. There is lots of light in the apartment. I love my dishwasher as well.
Maplewood Bend has a very friendly office. The rent is affordable, the units are clean, and if any issues arise -- they try to resolve them promptly.
I'm really happy I was referred to this place. The move in process was so smooth and simple. I told the leasing agent what I was looking for and she found the perfect match. Within a week, I was signing the lease and getting everything planned for moving in. Any concerns I had with the move-in, the management team was efficient and professional and addressed everything promptly. Overall, I've had a great experience.

Good experience up until suspicious (drug) traffic & much vandalism.
One of the doors of my building has had the glass replaced with plywood for over a month, and the other door has a lock that doesn't work. There is also grafitti and trash everywhere all the time, as well as holes in the wall throughout the building. There is regular property damage done here, and management seems to not care and they continue to raise rent prices regardless.
I will not recommend Maplewood Bend. The staff are polite but their actions to my requests takes 3days or more. Worst one was, it took a month for them to respond. Thanks.
Local and easy access to Shopping, Entertainment, Dinning, Medical, Business. Grocery stores, parks, schools. Quiet neighborhood, trees, friendly neighbors some have pets. Management Staff and Maintenance both are helpful, will answer questions as needed. Very friendly.

White Ridge (I call it Pine Ridge, because of the trees around it) is neat and clean, and painted.
Overall dealings with management have been pleasant; however, was disappointed with inability to contact management on Labor Day

I love the building it's very nice and quiet.. but it could use a little improvement in certain places.. but all in all its a great place to stay at
Maintenance always takes a long time to fix things, if they fix them without having to call maintenance. Laundry room is always down and machines often dont work properly. Usually residents are blamed for them not working even though it is because of poor maintenance. Building leaves threatening notices on machines saying they will make you pay for new machines.
Great affordable apartment its big and has alot of storage
I began living here as soon as I come back to Fargo to start my life anew. I am glad family had pointed out this property, it is close to my children's school along with my job! I enjoy it.

The building has great character. It is an older building, but everything is updated, clean and safe. So far, I'm enjoying my new home!
Park Terrace and the Maplewood office, compared to other Goldmark apartments and offices I have lived at, is more professional, easier to deal with, and more involved in their community. This apartment specifically is beautiful in the best location in town.
They dont honor their images toward us by giving us false promises
It could be better. Our person that cleans the bldg. does an excellent job but the residents the day after mess it up. Says alot for some residents living here. Alot of dogs which there is only cats that are suppose to be here. Those with dogs do not clean up after them inside and outside. You can tell as it smells.

So far a very nice apartment. I got quick and easy response times, the people I talked to were very nice. I only have a few problems with this building so far. The security could be better, and the driveway/parking area could also be better.
