I've lived at MapleWood Park Apartments for 17 years. Need I say more.
In great area of De Pere in quiet neighborhood. Right off 41 to get to major cities. Close dog park and walking trail. Check it out.
I have been living here for 7 months now and I love it. The property is clean and management is very responsive to any concerns or issues that arise. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. Even though Maplewood is located on Scheuring road near hwy 41 there really isn't any traffic noise. Walmart is within walking distance along with Culvers and Dairy Queen. The best part is I can have a dog when I am ready.
We've lived here for just over a year now, and so far we have no complaints about how things are run. It's a great little place to live, with a lot of stores, restaurants, etc. just a short drive away.
I was happy to find a pet friendly complex with easy access to the highway to get to work in Appleton. My cats and I have enjoyed living here for the last 3 years with no plans to leave any time soon! :)
Maplewood Park Apartments is a great place to live. It's clean, quite, landlord on-site and GREAT Location. It's right off of the highway, with everything you need close by, however still in a quite setting. The apartments have so much closet space/storage which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.
I've lived at Maplewood Apartments for 13 years and love it. Management is very friendly and easy to work with, the property is well maintained and is close to shopping and the highway. I feel very safe and comfortable.

It's quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. Very much enjoy the area and the apartment is nice and big with lots of closets! Great place to spend your time.
It's great coming home to clean hallways. The cleaning staff does a great job!
The apartments are what you would expect. Basic appliances, full size fridge, and side by side sink in the kitchen. AC unit in the wall. The bathrooms are a decent size for this style and the shower/tub built-in are new and clean. Management is very straightforward and easy to talk with.
The apartment complex is taken care of 5-star worthy. I am grateful to have found a good home for my graduating son and me.
I have lived here for over a year, and the service has always been prompt, and so friendly! Property is well maintained and up to date.
Its a simple apartment complex, but it is always clean. The grounds are well-kept including in the winter time when snow is cleared and salt is put down in a timely fashion. Laundry is easily accessible and works well. Maintenance is responsive and professional.
Great place to live. It is nice that you can live with an animal here as well.
At any time of the year that I have visited, this complex has been pristine. It is wonderful that pets are allowed and that does not appear to present any problematic issues. Nearby dog park. Lovely place to reside.

Great place to live with pets! Close to downtown De Pere with an amazing dog park just down the road. Neighbors were quiet and easy going. The property manager, Ryan, was amazing to work with and was always on top of any problems that popped up.
I have lived at Maplewood Park for 4 years. My nieghbors are so friendly and are more like family at this point. This community really makes you feel welcomed and it does not feel like you in an apartment, more like a home.
