I've had an excellent experience at Marbella Apartments. Firstly, Marbella's maintenance staff really shine. The two maintenance men Raphael and Manny are prompt, thorough, and always get our problems fixed quickly, and on the first visit. I want to add that Nayeli and the team in the leasing office have been such a big help on numerous occasions. They have assisted us to move parking spots, managed the property and common areas during the pandemic, and even helped us procure a garage. Thanks, everyone! Keep up the great work.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I have never been treated worse and spent more money unnecessarily at an apartment company. I have lived many places in Carlsbad and would recommend living anywhere other than here. My plumbing was absolutely messed up to where all the pipes in my apartment were being clogged one after the other. I was told many “I’m sorry”s and promises to send a plumber and nothing was ever done. I also talked to management about extending my lease by a month and was told that this was possible. Yet again, many promises were made yet when it came time to extend my lease I was told I couldn’t extend and they tried to charge me a late notice fee. After all this, they took my ENTIRE DEPOSIT with them as well. Renter BEWARE

I love living at the Marbella! From the moment I saw the complex, I knew it would be the perfect place to live. The apartments are beautiful, modern, clean, and absolutely worth it!! You're not only paying for a home, you are also getting such great amenities and great location. The washer/dryer in the apartment is so convenient, the apartments are quiet, and maintenance is fast. Definitely, my favorite apartments and I've lived in many!
My apartment at Marbella in Carlsbad, California is just what a home should feel like. But what I especially like, is the professional management staff who treat us like gold. Any time there is a maintenance issue, it almost feels like we could count to 10 and the maintenance professionals are at our door with a genuine smile. When it came time to renew our lease, the management office asked me to pick an appliance that I would like to exchange and they did! I got a brand new oven. The neighbors are nice and you can barely tell that they are there. I would highly recommend Marbella to professionals and families.
This apartment is large & full of amenities (AC, granite counter tops, Roman bathtub, black appliances, refrigerator with water & ice in the door, washer & dryer in the apartment). I've had people with condos say it's better than their condo. There is also a large pool & a hot tub here. The things I don't like are that it has wall-to-wall carpeting (I prefer hardwood flooring); in my opinion, it's too close to high power lines (although, also located very convenient to shopping), the leases here are as thick as a book, you have to pay for every utility (like a house), and you have to pay extra for a covered parking space.
