The Residence experience continues to be very good and improving over the years. Pleased to see various upgrades - enabling access-control for the garage doors was a great move to enhance the community's security. Winter is here and it's getting cold everywhere. The apartment itself is fantastic—modern and filled with natural light, making it feel like home right away. The amenities like the gym, pool, coffee bar and lounge areas are great for unwinding after a long day. But what really makes this place special is the management team. They are always friendly and quick to help, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Community Events- One of my favorite aspects of living here has been the community events. Whether it’s wine night, community event, or a holiday party, there’s always something fun happening. I particularly love the food related events because it feels like a big family gathering.

Excellent office staff, very nice place to live, very clean, perfect walking location to all the things happening in downtown Knoxville!!!!!

Marble Alley has the best community of anywhere I’ve lived in the past few years! Everyone is so nice, and it’s easy to meet people. It’s by far my favorite place I’ve lived to date!

First time living in a downtown environment for me. Marble Alley has been the perfect spot! Nice, spacious apartments with tons of amenities and a caring staff. Everything I want to do downtown is only steps away.

All has been great. Maintain pool and keep the area clean. Elevators and gate are maintained well. Gym is a great asset for all residents. Have just the right amount of after hours activities.

I love living here! They are accommodating and always supportive. Makes living here comfortable. I love the coffee bar and pool area for bbq with friends and family when they come visit!

I have been living at Marble Alley for about a year now, and I can confidently say that my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. One of the highlights of living here has been the incredible events organized by Caitlyn and Blake. From seasonal parties to fitness classes, wine nights, and pool parties, there’s always something happening that brings residents together. These events have not only been fun but have also fostered a sense of community that Is hard to find elsewhere.

The maintenance team is always so helpful! Very nice and always are nice to my pets as well when they come to help! They also are always quick to help after submitting a maintenance request!

I've had a great experience living here! The community is friendly, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. The amenities are well-maintained, and I appreciate how clean and secure the property feels. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I absolutely LOVE living here! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been blown away by how friendly and welcoming everyone is. The leasing office staff are incredible — always going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The location is unbeatable, close to everything I need, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of my favorite things is the dog park right next to the building. It’s such a great spot for my pup to play, and it’s so convenient for me! I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located to downtown. Apartments in good condition and being updated. Not very noisy and not a lot of college students like you would have closer to campus.

I have lived at Marble Alley Lofts for almost 2 years and it has been nothing less of incredible! The location, security, events, upgrades, amenities, and the staff is all amazing!

It is super convenient location and everyone is so nice! They really put lots of effort to make this place fun with organizing activities. The only imperfection is I can hear loud music in my bathroom from my neighbor.

Apartment was shot by a gun while out of town working… pretty bazar. Not really sure if coming back is the best option. Moved here because I thought it was a safe home space. 3 stars because I love the staff but security should be taken more serious.

Great location convenient to restaurants downtown and Old City, also close to several venues for events such as Neyland Stadium for UT Football and Food City Center for concerts and such. No better place to be

Everything in working order and clean when we moved in. Conveniently located in downtown Knoxville with lots of restaurants in the area. Parking conveniently on site and also plenty of curb/metered parking for visitors.

Living here has been a great experience. The location is amazing! Right in between down town and old city there’s always some place to go. The farmers market on Saturdays or any of the great restaurants in market square or cool coffee shops in the old city. Being right next to the dog park is one of the highlights for my pup. He loves going there and running around with other dogs. Lastly having a balcony was something I took for granted before this place. Being able to sit outside when the weather is nice and drink a cup coffee is so calming. If you’re looking for a perfect location and friendly neighbors you will find that at Marble Alley Lofts.

It’s been pretty good so far. I’m on the first floor and have had a couple things stolen off my porch. But I guess I can’t expect anything less due to the foot traffic down here.

Marble alley lofts are in a great spot in downtown Knoxville! The Management Team and staff make my experience feel like, Home! I have met so many friends at there social gatherings, which moving to a new state can be intimidating. But marble alleys team helped me with that transition! I been here now for 5 months everyday of it. See you at wine hour Wednesday and bowling next week!! Thank you

Marble Alley Lofts is a great place to live that is proactive in maintaining first rate facilities. With its central to downtown location and assigned parking, for residents, Marble Alley Lofts is the perfect place for me.

I moved in yesterday and love it already! So many amenities and such a great location!! So glad I chose marble alley to live in for the next year!

An underrated but key part of Marble Alley’s success is the amazing maintenance team! They respond to maintenance requests day of and always make a comfortable and supportive environment to ask for help. They make the whole machine run!

Summer is here in full bloom! The water volleyball in the pool is a welcome change. Way to go! Good to see residents having fun in the pool. It is time to switch on the fans in the corridors! Please ensure enough paper is kept in the tray for the printer at the end of every day to avoid any inconvenience.

The amenities and accessibility of everything at Marble Alley is incredible. The additional activities the staff thinks up are also a wonderful addition to the living experience.

Amazing community! Can’t wait to come home after the summer to my amazing friends and management. Many pool and wine nights soon to come!!!!

Love where I live but wish the hallways were swept and mopped. They haven’t been cleaned since I’ve moved in. Great location and overall great place to live

We LOVE this place and the crew who run it. The front office staff (Blake, Caitlin & Jessica) is friendly & works hard to upgrade our various experiences, with the most recent example of a new beautiful coffee station & a top-notch business workstation area. The Wednesday winedowns are fun for meeting other residents, and the foodtruck Thursdays have added a new dimension to our "whose turn is it to cook tonight" daily dilemma. The staff makes sure that the various seasonal parties are well done with good food and drink. A shout-out to the maintenance staff (Josh, Michael & Tyriek) who are prompt with fixing our in-apartment needs as well as maintaining a re-vamped dog spa for our pups' cleanup needs. Eight years ago, we moved in here 8 days after the complex opened; we still love it. Last weekend, the city held its Rossini Festival. We were able to explore it, then come home 2 blocks away, rest, and go back for more festival. That's a great way to enjoy a party! Steve & Lisa Skinner

Amazing location. Staff is very quick to respond if experiencing any issues. Love that packages come straight to the door instead of using a parcel carrier. Plus all the residents are very sweet!

We have loved Marble Ally! The staff have been incredible and extremely responsive as well as the maintenance team. The common areas are meticulously maintained and the community vibe is nice. The community is pretty quiet overall. The pool is awesome!

Great location! New management is a lot more engaged and puts on monthly social events. Pool is nice in summer and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.
