Marble Cliff does a great job at keeping the community up-to-date and maintained. Recently they have fixed the curbs and potholes, fixed the mud puddles in the dog park, and replaced some workout equipment within the past year. The staff are always very friendly and engaged.

The people in the community are quiet although I haven’t interacted with them much. The only thing I don’t like is lack of walkable restaurants and stores due to the location.

Very clean and well kept. When needed maintenance is always available. Club house weight room and pool in the summer are a great benefit. Wish they had a hot tub or sauna room to relax in.

Probably the best built place I have ever rented. Kitchen appliances could be updated but other than that no complaints about the unit. Very quiet neighborhood tucked away on a private drive.

I have loved my time at Marble Cliff Commons...my roommates and I have been here 4 years and I am sad to move out! We have loved our porch, fireplace, the pool, and the quietness and friendliness of the community. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest apartment, communities in Columbus! You have to find a house to get all the amenities you have here. So far, management and staff have been exceptional with any request we’ve had.

Overall this is great place to live. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect. An attached garage is hard to find and one of the best assets.

Love this community. My spouse and I moved away for a while but came back; it’s so quiet and peaceful here, and the staff is excellent. This is our favorite apartment complex to live in.

Excellent swimming pool facility where members can make barbeque and relax, and amazing walking area enjoying thick forest along land-scaped area and well protected water body.

The location, neighborhood, apartment, and amenities have all been great. My only challenge has been communicating with front office staff and getting timely replies around paperwork and questions.

Very quiet and peaceful. Safe area to walk around at night, space to work in a garage. Friendly neighbors, great pool for relaxing. Right across from a beautiful metropark.
