Property Ratings at Marbrisa
This management has been the worst I’ve experienced since leasing any apartment in Long Beach. The management is more concerned with getting your car towed than answering, phone calls, emails and the leasing office door. If I were you, I’d never consider this place to live.
The apartments are fine and modern, and you get nice amenities. The maintenance staff is great and helpful. That said, it’s way too expensive for what it is. The last six months, the management has gotten worse. The nail on the coffin for me is when they recently gave 4 days notice (2 biz days!) for a parking improvement project where if you don’t move your car, you can get towed. If I had gone out of town on Friday for a week, I would have missed the notice and had a car in the pound. The only reason I started renting here was for the convenience, but the cons outweigh the pros at this point.
They do not keep up with their stuff & overcharging you to live here. Expect garbage in the parking lots, expect old elevator licensing & it being broken, expect them not to do anything unless you harass them! Expect the nasty smell of weed in the hallways! It’s literally no!
I have never seen a property as poorly managed as this one. Since I moved here I just had more problems in my life, every now and then they will send you some new changes or charges and bug you about it. Also they claim to be pet friendly but when you sign the lease you find out a loot of hidden rules. Do not waste your time with this property in long beach.
They never reply to emails,even regarding to the end of the lease. They charge a huge security deposit and cost a lot when you leave. Unbelievable rental experience makes me never want to lease any apartment.
Its CLEAN, new, appliances are included (new) the units have a washer and dryer between the bedrooms. The staff are friendly! They go above and beyond to make your life comfortable. Tabithia is AWESOME! I had the jitters and my anxiety was sky high and she calmed me down. Its a beautiful complex with a beautiful pool and hot tub and bbq area. A lot of apartments do not allow dogs but not Marbrisa! They are animal friendly and also have a little dog park area. I feel safe here with the complex being enclosed and they also have 24 hour security guards. This is the place to be - they may be considered apartments BUT they are more like homes. Luxury living without going broke. I LOVE IT! I dont think I will ever leave! I got all I need and want right in front of me ??
