Property Ratings at Marcell Gardens
I rented at Marcell Gardens for 3 years and I've had nothing positivity from the Staff there. Liz at the front desk was always helpful, polite, and kind with anything I had to ask about or needed help with. Billy the maintenance supervisor was a insanely helpful maintenance man that would personal help me with any problems I asked about. They take care of you here, all you have to do is reach out to them.
My wife and I picked up and moved from Chicago. Site unseen of course, we just relied on pics. We picked a Winner!!! *Very safe *Very well kept grounds *Beautiful pool and sun deck *Property Management/Maintenance is top notch *I've met a lot of really nice neighbors
Marcell Gardens was the first apt my girlfriend and I had together and the experience was like no other. We had no issues in the 2 years we lived there. The laundry rooms were always clean and the neighbors around us were always so kind and welcoming. The maintenance team is awesome too, they are fast and do good work. I’d 100% recommend moving to Marcell if you’ you’re looking for a place that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in!! Thanks for everything Lisa and Liz!!!
Marcell Gardens is a great place to live! The management is so nice and quick to help with whatever you need. I never had any problems living there. You are so close to the beach along with a Publix which is so nice! It is not a huge property so you really feel like part of the family living there! Honestly was so sad to leave but had to move for a new job.
Marcell Gardens is a great place to live. It's quiet, clean, and the management is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the two years I lived there.
I’ve had nothing but problems since being here. The property manager is very condescending and rude so is the leasing agent. It’s a pain to have maintenance fix anything correctly. If you any complaints best believe you will get snarky emails from the property manager. Also make sure you get everything in writing they love to tell one thing to your face and a different thing In email.
We lived at Marcell Gardens for with our 2 dogs as students at Embry-Riddle for a little under 2 years, and it was by far an excellent experience. Ms. Lila, Liz, and the staff were wonderful and accommodating, even when we had to be out of town for extended periods of time and other small bumps along the way. They even took into account our late-night work schedule and implemented security measures by increasing foot patrols from the security guard and installing a new camera system. The maintenance staff was first-rate, they expedited the renovation for our AC unit and gave us several notices beforehand to prepare for the downtime. Overall, we were sad to go (moving out of state), but we couldn't recommend Marcell Gardens enough. 6/5 would live there again. (also before I forget, they have new washing machines, replace air filters and treat for bugs (for free!), have a pool, dog-friendly, excellent internet, and besides the few times the train went by, a pretty quiet place to study and go to school from!)
I recently moved my mother so she could get assistance in her day to day care. She lived at Marcell Gardens for 2 years and loved living there. The maintenance staff and office was always responsive if we asked for anything. The neighbors especially Sharon were very kind and thoughtful. There is a train nearby that could disturb some but it did not bother my mother. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable home for her.
I have always wanted to move to Florida and live in Daytona. I wanted the laid back, relaxing Florida lifestyle. I searched several apartments and finally made my choice here at Marcell Gardens. I love living here. My apartment is very spacious(extra large rooms) and there is nothing better than sitting on my screened patio at night looking at the beautiful, lit up pool. My neighbors are very friendly and the office and maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to help me any way they can.
Overall very nice place (currently reside in a renovated 1 bed room). Even on the bottom floor, you can't hear the neighbors. I did have an issue once where my car was broken into. Only negative (minus being right next to the train tracks) is they don't give you different options for internet. According to Peggy, the complex is only wired for AT&T Universe internet, which is considerably slow, but good enough for Netflix streaming. I'd gladly pay the few extra bucks to go with Internet through Brighthouse. The expanded cable service is good, although soon as it starts raining, the service goes out as it is through Dish Network.
Im a resident. And this apt isnt all they say. They have a clubhouse that we residents arnt allowed to use. So it's pointless having one? Office lies ALOT. Wont face serious problems UNLESS you say the words court or police. The 2 younger maintenance guys are untrustworthy. There are better options out there. Dont settle for this.
It is a nice place to live. It has a nice pool and spacious living. The railroad tracks are right behind the property. So if you don't like noise this probably wouldn't be for you.
