Carson and Shannon are so AWESOME they made moving in so easy. I love my Apartment and I love the surrounding area for sure ! You will have ups and downs everywhere you go . reviews aren't always the most helpful but some times are but you just have to try. I like it here so far and its pretty quiet and very clean.

Property is always clean. Management has turned over twice in a year and the new staff does not answer calls or return emails. People are constantly moving out. Good luck

The fire alarms will go off everyday, multiple times per day. They will wake you up at 3am. There is no fire but the alarms always go off. Cars get broken into all the time both inside and outside of the garage. The building needs a lot of upkeep but management doesn’t seem to care. Loud, squeaky doors, doors that don’t close. Management is unresponsive

The location is great and the nearby locales are nice for a quick outing. The cemetery is pleasant to walk through. The business spots have been empty the entire time I've lived up here (2 years) with no foreseeable chance of that changing. Fire alarms are a constant annoyance, sometimes going off multiple times a day and in the middle of the night. Parking gate get broken once every 3 months. Depending on what building your in, you'll constantly smell weed (I've had the smell leak into my apartment from my neighbors who were smoking). Management didn't do a thing about it.

My experience here at Marchon has declined from good to horrible. I have been a resident since Marchon opened and the luxury apartment that the sold me on is no longer luxury. The staff seem not to take resident issues seriously, but they take fining you or ways to get money serious. We pay way too much to walk in a hallway that smells, has more than several stains in the carpet, inoperable gates and doors, trash everywhere, and no community events. They can't even afford coffee cups for us. That is ridiculous that we have a BYOC coffee bar. I hope to have a better experience going into 2024.

Can’t wait to move. management never takes accountability. Same issues continue to occur. They never answer the phone or communicate issues. Gate broken, fire alarm going off constantly. Not to mention car windows being broken even in the parking garage. 5 star reviews HAVE to be fake!

Trash in public areas; unresponsive staff to legitimate requests; blaming the tenant to take care of building issues; fire alarms going off at all hours; broken entry gates for months; booming music from other tenants at all (ALL) hours of the day; worst living experience ever - and I lived in a rat-infested room in Cambodia for six months.

Do not move here. We have suffered from an upstairs neighbor’s stomping back and forth, barking/fighting/untrained dogs, sex noises well into the night and early in the morning. Our downstairs neighbor smokes huge amounts of weed almost everyday, that fills our apartment and leaves strong skunk smells throughout. When she has guests, they cackle and holler for hours. We can hear their whole conversations. We’ve called the onsite security officer several times, no help there. We’ve gone to management for a year with NO difference to our situations. There is serious on-the-street car vandalism, so we moved our car into the parking garage thinking our car would be safer. Marchon had our car towed, even though we paid the additional $75 monthly fee. Thankfully, we were able to locate our car! We found it parked at a STRIP CLUB a few miles away!! When we called the police to investigate the incident, the lead manager at the time, Morgan, lied to the police and said we didn’t have the proper sticker on our windshield, indicating we were paying for parking!! But Marchon never explained WHY it was left at a strip club and NEVER apologized to us for the incident in the first place. Now, the fire alarm is going off day and night!! My spouse and I believe the marijuana smokers may be to blame for this. I’m not sure, but two days ago, that same downstairs neighbor blew our apartment up with smoke and shortly after, the fire alarm went off at 10:30pm. The ear-piercing noise went on for at least 30 minutes! When the firemen came to the building, they said that the city will start to fine Marchon if these false alarms keep happening. We’ve had to seek help from our attorney, because trying to get Marchon to do the right thing on our own, thus far, has been unsuccessful. Do yourself a favor and choose another place to live.

I have to say I am disappointed in Greystar Management for not employing a full time cleaning staff for the hallways. There is only one lady who is tasked with cleaning everything. The carpets are soiled and haven’t been vacuumed in over a month, and the hallways stink like weed.

Do not move here ! I regret it. Staff is unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. They also don’t have no security cameras inside building and entry is easy to access. Very unsettling. If you want to be headache free , keep all your personal belongings, don’t have to worry about getting your car broken into beware.

The moving process has been stressful and difficult on my end personally but the staff at Marchon made the experience smooth like butter! They all worked together going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and relived of my moving headache. They said after the office was closed to accommodate my work hours so that I could receive my keys and proper paper work. This is already a great sign that I chose the right community to move into.

Going on 6 months!!!By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with any apartment. I’ve seen some negative comments in here and I think to myself they have to be speaking about another apartment and staff, because from day one this staff has welcomed me in like family and has always been helpful. Sometimes we as residents have to have patience. Anytime something needed fixing within 24 hours if was fixed or If I needed something from the front office they got it done expeditiously. I am truly thankful for their hard work. The outside area is put together by the pool and looks great. We also have security to patrol the grounds to protect the property and our cars and I love it. Can’t say enough great things about Abi and Jen by far the best management staff I’ve come across along with Renard and the maintenance team. A+ across the board.
