Living here for the most part is great. We love the pool area and spend a lot of time there in the summer. It is close to Disney and the loop for shopping is convenient.
As we all know moving is very stressful , but From the moment I walked into the office of mariblu Lisa greeted me with such a welcoming smile , and after a brief conversation and a walk through ,I knew instantly that I was making the right decision for my family to finally move , Lisa and Sharrnice are the best ,they both made us all feel so comfortable about the process of moving again , Our experience with moving into mariblu was absolutely Amazing!!,,Sharrnice and Lisa were so gracious and accommodating they went above and beyond for all of us to have a smooth transition from where we once lived for almost 20 years to finally settle into such a gorgeous 55 community called Mariblu. the maintenance crew were also very helpful !, Leonardo is top notch in the maintenance dept. thank you all again for being so awesome and welcoming us as we have all settled into our new home. The maintenance team is the best!! If you put in a maintenance request, the team is on it almost immediately and Pedro and Leo are at your service!! They are thoughtful and helpful and always courteous. Overall, the facility is kept clean by Willie who also does a great job and is professional and courteous. I wish the crafts were updated to adult type of creations rather than "school" type projects. It is a pleasant place to live,but be prepared to wait a long time when a special project needs to be done ie. additional security, etc. .The location is ideal being close to many restaurants and shopping as well as not far from highways.

The classes are great. The New Lifestyle Coirdinator Anisa is doing a really good job of being organized and communication. And sitting on our balcony looking at tge landscaping and pool is lovely.

Moving to Mariblu Hunters Creek was THE best choice I could have made when here were so many other options that looked good! Residents are friendly, office personnel are wonderful, maintenance requests are handled the same day and they take the time to make sure you understand how everything works! My apartment has a lovely view, and there is no noise!

This review is for the leasing process. Getting all the info and paper work done was a big job but Shanice and Lisa walked me through it all. They took extra time to help me at the last minute when I was stuck in town due to a flight cancellation. They helped me get the electric going and made sure everything was in order for when return.
