Bedbugs
Entire complex is infested with bedbugs and has been for years. They renovate units and the bugs just move to the next unit. Avoiding the problem and causing hundreds of families to loose all of their belongings.

Thankfully since ownership / management change several years ago, there have been limited to no current known issues.
