I was excited to move to Tiburon and living in this community has made it all the more wonderful. I wake up to the most beautiful views, my unit gets wonderful natural light, and the unit is well put together and comfortable. The walks in Tiburon are amazing and I absolutely love the convenience of having the ferry nearby for day trips to other Bay Area cities. I am looking forward to many more great adventures in and around Tiburon!

These properties are so well done. Everything is all recently renovated with new appliances, flooring and paint. They have a very light and open concept with spacious floor plans, not to mention the views are to die for. Would defiantly recommend.

First, the location is simply amazing: in beautiful Tiburon, with an incredible view of the bay, perfect sunsets every evening, quiet and convenient, with a well-maintained pool and tennis courts... Second, the apartments are superb, modern, spacious, with a smart layout, great appliances, and large bay windows to a balcony for lots of light. And last but not least, the management and maintenance team is helpful, responsive, and caring. The entire residence is one of the most well-kept around here and they do everything to help in case of difficulty. I have looked around and nothing is close to what we have here. I highly recommend it!

constant construction, poor/unprofessional management, landscaping needs help

Wow! The views here are amazingly breathtaking! On top of that, the staff has been so kind and helpful throughout the move-in process. I highly recommend this property.

The views and the improvements are absolutely fantastic. Not to mention the service staff who are also terrific. We have lived here for 30+ years and highly recommend.

The management here is very attentive! The location is nice, the views are to die for and the neighbors are super friendly. I have been with Marin Rental Properties for almost a year and it has been fabulous. I would highly recommend them if you are moving to the wonderful town of Tiburon.

Moving across country is daunting, moving to a place sight unseen and into a place that was being built, even more so. However Lisa and team were exceptional with handling this large move. From day one they have been on top of every question and since moving in the team was quick to resolve issues. We have two dogs and a cat and a little girl and their property feels like home! The neighbors are amazing and team of support even more so! If you are wondering if Marin is the place, it is! And this team was super easy to work with! Construction happens! So far they have been accommodating to our schedule when having to repair or replace. Transparency and understanding how a long ways. No issues with noise or complaints.

We moved into this building in August 2020. In February, they started construction in the unit above us for eight weeks. During the project, paint poured down to our patio, and we had to jump off work calls to make sure our dogs weren’t poisoned. After that project finished, they started remodeling the unit directly across from us, which lasted another 6-8 weeks — bathroom and fireplace renovations (think hammers on brick all day). They've now been renovating the unit diagonally above us since May. Same issues with noise from sanding, flooring, water being shut off for the rest of the building. 5 months of construction noise has been terrible. The owner is miserable and unpleasant to deal with as they wouldn't agree to a rent credit while having a terrible victim-blame attitude towards us about the situation. There are plenty of available apartments in Tiburon/Marin that offer water views, better management, and peace of mind. I'd avoid 21 Marinero at all costs.

The manager of the property is unbearable to work with. Reasons here: Opportunistic construction went on for a month above us, causing issue after issue. Insane noise levels, concrete dripped onto our balcony and almost poisoned our dogs, the work caused a leak, and management refused to take responsibility and work with us to make it right - there was no rent credit (a very standard practice). If you want a peaceful environment and a rational, fair, kind landlord, keep looking. Management is condescending and rude. This is not a good place to live. It would be an amazing location and building if a new manager came in and treated renters well.

We had nothing but hiccups in the road for moving but landing in Tiburon and waking up to our first sunrise looking at the bay was more then we had hoped for. We leased the unit site unseen but got everything anticipated. The unit was completely updated and spotlessly clean. Thank you again!

In the short time I have lived here (5-months), my stay at the end has been anything but pleasant, My car has been broken into and items were stolen off a neighbors porch. There has been non-stop construction noise (10-hours a day, 7 days a week) from them remodeling units. Lastly, my dishwasher hasn't worked in almost a month. The worst is management is very rude, condescending and unaccommodating. They are also very slow to make repairs. It took almost a month for them to send the proper service people to fix my dishwasher. Bottom line: The views are great, but if you are looking for a safe and quite place to call home do not rent here.

We loved living at 21 Marinero Circle during our remodel of our home. They were amazing to work with. They really care about the property maintaining the property with very nice plantings. When there was a rare problem not only did they fix it, they did it in a very timely manner. All around great experience. Ohh and let's not forget the best views we've ever seen from an apartment. The views take your breath away!!

I lived there with 3 other bachelors in 1967/68. We loved the views of Sausalito and the hills across Richardson bay. Being close to downtown Tiburon a real plus for bachelors. I met my wife of 49 years at the pool. No complaints about the apartment or the wife.
