The building is always under construction. Multiple cars broken into multiple times a week with no security or cameras on the outside of the buildings. Communication from management could be better. Overall we were expecting better. No complaints with the unit other than it always seems to be hot despite what we set our AC to.

2 years and still nothing to say about the fact that the complex is still undergoing construction and the cost is not justified by any means whatsoever in the least sense.

Friendly Staff and Clean Apartment. Only downside is that the sound echoes a lot due to the apartment supposedly being made from concrete. So after hours you need to be quiet

Overall been pretty great. Staff is responsive, maintenance has been quick. There is still some construction going on which was supposed to be completed already, the construction doesn’t affect us personally but it’s something that’s taken awhile. Never had any problems or complaints about noise from the neighbors. Very quiet for the most part

Great place to live! Very clean and the staff is attentive! The view behind the building makes it feel like we aren’t living in a city, but access to I-45 connects us to everything important.

Overall, my experience dwelling here is fathomable but sometimes noisy when my neighbor dogs bark when someone is walking down the hall. But my biggest reservation is the ongoing construction projects and the lack of maintenance when it comes to the grass. Every two weeks the grass needs to be cut if I pay my rent on time and never late then the complex need to facilitate in honor the arranged agreement.
Marina Bend team is beyond amazing, never had I lived in a community where the staff including maintenance make sure you are ok, they are on top of things even when you don’t ask….I am convinced they are on a mission from GOD….sincerely amazing!!

Small community with great neighbors. The service team is diligent in maintaining the grounds and the hallways.
Everyone in leasing office has been great. Despite the construction on site and nearby, the apartments are great, unique, current/modern, maintenance is great and responsive, view of the lake is beautiful and peaceful. All love.

I have been a resident coming up on 3yrs, and although I am considering moving because I need more space this community is hard to beat… The office staff is amazing so is the maintenance staff…it’s unfair that they are so nice and professional that others can’t compete…
Unless you are a morning person not caring if construction wakes you up at 8am, also have construction people coming in and out of your apartment mid day ( sorry over night workers). Don’t live here. Construction has been going on over the 2 years I’ve lived here.

The staff has not been helpful at all. They are not very responsive and take over a week to fix any service request or maintenance issues. I have only lived here for a couple of months have had multiple issues with bugs, appliance issues and water leaks. I had to put in 5 service requests and email and call them multiple times for them to finally come out to my apartment and fix the issues. Would not recommend living here.

This place is a vibe! Love driving into the property especially at night with the asthetic of the property. Never had any issues with crime, very calm and quiet here. Beautiful property. Dog friendly! They even treat the residents to food and coffee trucks every now and then! Wish I could own my unit Id never move away.

Marina Bend is a great place to live. It is fairly quiet, the apartments look nice, the staff are friendly and its close to a lot of restaurants and stores.
