Marina Heights

I lived here for eight years and they are very nice management, they are accommodating and try to make the best of the situation.

I have been in my apt for almost 3 years and the service is always prompt and excellent. I just can't fully answer these questions because the service is still process. But based on my previous service request, I would totally recommend.

They respond to issues soon, The grounds well kept ,It is a friendly place to live

It was very nice to see Debra and James still a part of the front office. I had nothing but positive experiences with them the first time I lived at Marina Heights. It was a major factor in my wish to return to the community after some time away. Nina is a great addition to the team!

I've already sent someone to our community she moves in about month my community makes me feel safe. Since miss Debrah became manage our community is more clean and in more in order I love Debrah James and Miss Nina they make a great team they really take care of their tenant's

I love this community, my family as well when they come visit. They even want to move here my son want an studio but is procrastinating. The maintenance guys are responsible and respectful.

It's quiet, very accommodating for senior citizens everything at our disposal laundry room, swimming pool gym play ground for our grandchildren, and school right down the street church right around the the corner.

I have lived here 5 years & I really like it. Great location, right across the street from the delta where you can rent kayaks and standup paddleboard's , fish, boat & jet ski, as well as hearing the sea lions across the street. Downtown Pittsburg has really changed, the improvements are so nice, a beautiful park within a 5 min walk that hosts concerts in the summer & "Off the Grid" food trucks and restaurants and more coming in. Across the street they host the Sea Food festival in September and right across the street they also have "First Friday's" and you can sit right out on the apartment grounds and hear the music or if your lucky like me sit on your deck with a glass of wine & friends and enjoy. The Marina is directly across the street and you can take a walk and take in the view of the beautiful boats & walk your dog. Management has always been very nice & accommodating and they have always worked with me on any requests. The grounds are park like. So come take a look, best value in Pittsburg.

I love debra and maria, and especially alex and the rest of the maintenance men. They are BEYOND helpful, quick, and knowledgeable; you guys have truly made this place my FAVORITE and best experience. ♡♡♡ Thank you guys!

I would refer someone to live at Marina Heights because you all have demonstrated you are a caring and considerate community who works with individuals and we get a lot of space for the unit compared to others in the area.

I don't really have any complaints except maybe loud neighbors; but that's apartment life, thin walls, bare floors, lack of young parenting skills among young tenets

The grounds are beautiful, the interiors are dated and the office staff is very nice & location is great and with the redevelopment of the downtown area it makes for a pleasant location

I love living here. I feel safe and it has a beautiful surrindings..trees grass water and pool. That is my only complain. I feel like the apartments could of start ed earlier on Figuering out what is wrong with it. I had to pay to go swimNot ok

Marina Heights is located in the downtown area of Pittsburg. It is a very quiet and safe gated community with security and very friendly staff. I love it!
