It is nice to live hear but there are many things that could be better. Lack of cleaning in Common areas and buildings and the pool is still down after several months. Gym is only open for business hrs while everyone is working.

This is a nice, very quiet, and beautiful place to live, but the stairs look dirty, and the gardens definitely need maintenance. There is garbage outside some apartments, and it smells very bad.

Maintenance is never on time. Roaches in the apartment. I have never seen this in the four years I have been living here. The gates just now closed, but there is a problem when other cars are waiting for someone to open the gate. They downsized our garbage box to a smaller one.

Moving in was pretty simple and the apartment wasn't too dirty. I was a little annoyed about having to do a money order for the first month of rent though. Also, some appliances weren't working when I got here. I wish apartments would just check themselves before having someone move in.

the condominium is beautiful but since we moved the gate doesn't work, the gym can only be used while the office is open and has very few equipment options, not even any leg equipment, the pool is closed with no deadline for reopening, the chairs the pool area is black with dirt, we are paying for utilities that are not being used.

I like the community and my newly renovated apartment (2 room/2 bath). When they respond, the staff members are generally kind and courteous. The challenge is getting them to respond, especially for maintenance. It often takes weeks and repeated calls/emails to complete repairs. The repairmen do a good job when they are here. I believe they are simply spread too thin. My only other complaint is the parking, which is not sufficient for the size of the community. I am sometimes required to park a good distance from my unit, which isn't very convenient in the rain or with groceries, etc...

Been living here about 5 months now and the only good thing i have to say about this place is that maintenance is great, they come out quick to repair and are very friendly. We were told gate and security were temporarily down and that we’d soon have access to all these amenities but 5 months later I’m still paying for things that aren’t going to be available. No gate, no working security cameras, no access to gym only during leasing office hours, and the pool has even been shut down by the department of health. One of the tenants in our building just open the door and let their dog out by itself, this dog pees and poops all over the hallways, the hallway to our door was covered in spread poop and for two weeks straight i went in to leasing Office to request cleanup and it was completely ignored and we were left to clean up after the other tenants dog. Our balcony is severely rotted away i have made multiple contacts to the leasing office and each of them ignored. I hate living here

The biggest problem in the condominium is the cockroaches and the very expensive convenience fee for paying online. And there's a good chance I won't renew my contract because of the cockroaches. I made several complaints and the person responsible for the detection was in my apartment several times, and did not solve the problem.

Everything is great so far! Amenities are awesome and the staff are really nice. I love that it's only ten minutes away from the grocery store and Universal Studios.

10 years ago, my wife, our Beagador, Leia, and I found our haven of peace at Marina Landing Apartments. The shimmering lake became our daily joy. Leia loved chasing squirrels and greeting other dogs. We enjoyed the pool, walks by the lake, and the gym. The friendly community made Marina Landing special. We shared chats, meals, and helped each other out. We watched the breathtaking sunsets, creating cherished memories. Our love for Marina Landing has only deepened. It's more than just a place we live, it's our home. Inefficient and Hard to Contact.
We used to live at this property and recently wanted to go back once the rent fell back into our price range. The short story: The office staff is inefficient and couldn't care less about prospective residents. When we applied we found the office staff inefficient and as it took them nearly two weeks to continue the application process. We had to follow up in person several times to get anything rolling as phone calls, voice mails and messages via the site were met with silence. After providing them paystubs and being told they didn't need copies of our IDs on day 1, we finally receive an email asking for PDFs of our paystubs and copies of our IDs over a week later. Unfortunately, we were on a time limit (which they were aware of), so we had to move on. We asked about getting our deposit back and were "regrettably" informed of the 48 hour policy that makes it nonrefundable- after it'd taken them a week and pursuance from us to even start the process. Overall, we suggest going elsewhere. Our first impression was a resident in the office complaining about their washer/dryer being left unaddressed for weeks before we spoke with the staff. We also noticed the manager's desk covered in maintenance requests from residents following up on previous, unaddressed, orders.

The place is really good and peaceful to live but there’s a huge problem whit security my car almost got robbed and nobody in the property notice and the administration of the complex said they were not going to be responsible. But taking a side the security issues the place is really nice and if they fix the security it would definitely be a 5 star review

Decent place to live, the complex has had some issues with residents but they typically do not stay long. Have had some issues with one of the maintenance staff but he ended up leaving the company. The pool is nice, the management is pretty nice as well. When you put in a maintenance request they generally get to you within 24 hours or less, only once did I wait 2 days.

It's a very peaceful place. My only problem is the cockroaches, several have already come to fight, but it hasn't worked. And another problem is the payment system that charges a very expensive fee
