Venice/Marina Del Rey Beach Lifestyle

Can't beat the location of these ocean front apartments located on a most idyllic beach on the south end of the marina peninsula. The sweet spot of the beach south of the Venice Pier where you're away from the fray but still plenty of local fun - surf, volleyball, but more quiet as farther way from public facilities. Venice, Abbott Kinney, Canals, and Marina are a bike or walk away. Units have incredible views of ocean, mountains, canals and charming neighborhood walk streets and great features like fireplaces, Viking appliances and recently updated contemporary vibe.
