Very nice apartments with lots of parking and trees. Excellent location. The elevator made moving in much easier. The maintenance crew is very responsive to any issues even though mine was very minor. Friendly and very helpful office staff. Glad I moved here.

I have lived at Renee Marina Shores going on three years now. I love it here for the staff at the office are always helpful when I have a question, and the maintenance crew Mark, Bill,and Dee are always willing to stop and chat as well as show up in my apartment whenever I have a maintenance problem!! The location of the complex is a plus as it is close to many nice restaurants and walking distance to the beach is great!! I love the two dog parks here and it is a very friendly dog complex. I hope I will be able to live here for many more years !!

Everything went downhill after living here for a bit. My elevator has been down for over a month now. I’m pregnant and have two dogs, not to mention… there are older people who live on the 3rd floor like me. My apartment had no air filter when moving in, so I had to pay out of pocket. There are countless amount of huge roaches that are in my apartment, daily. I have taken pictures. We pay an amenity fee for the pool to close whenever they feel like it and no elevator. The gym smelled like absolute garbage for about 2 weeks before they said anything. I will not be renewing my lease here. I pay a good amount of money for a one bedroom apartment because I have nightmares from the roaches at my old place… sadly it turns out to be just like every other apartment. They just sent out an email to beware of theft also. I hope to move before having my baby.

I just moved in but so far it seems like a great community and the management seems good also. My only thing is I feel like the price is based on how close it is to the beach. I was expecting my apartment to look a lot nicer based on how much the monthly rent is but that’s also my fault for not doing a tour before signing the lease. However I do have an un-renovated unit so the renovated ones could look nicer but ofc they cost more. Another thing is there’s a food lion nearby but other than that everything is a 15-20 minute drive.

Lovely community in a great location. I love walking to the beach for sunset after work. I also enjoy going to the pool to relax, it is usually quiet and very clean.

It’s a great community with lots of amenities. The location is desirable and the people are mostly pleasant. Right across the street from the beach and you can walk to stores like food lion and pharmacy. Also right on the bike path for first landing.

Love living at Renew Marina Shores . The staff are great and help whenever I have an issue. The location is one of the best of any apartment I have ever lived in with the ocean not far and the Bay across the street. The restaurants are great around and within walking distance. The maintenance crew Mark, Dee and Bill are the nicest guys and are very available whenever you have a problem in the apartment. I love the dog parks for the freedom of letting my dog off leash. You can’t go wrong living here . I’ve been her three years and plan on staying as long as I possibly can.

Amazing location walking distance to a lot of places including a beach and state park a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. A 15 to 20 minute drive to almost any store you need to go to.

The apartments are old and really need refurbishing. The floor is not level. I was shown an apartment just like mine with a fireplace but when I got to my apartment there was no fireplace. Cleaning up of the area to remove dog poop is necessary as tenants don't clean up behind their animals. I had many things wrong in my apartment when I moved in and had to submit 3 requests before items were fixed and then they still weren't fixed properly.

Overall I really like Renew. Great location and amenities. Staff seem really nice and the maintenance team is super responsive. Downside is there are too many fees in the application process.

I love living at RenewMarina Shores. It is so convenient to walking and bike trails, and you can get to the Chesapeake Bay by walking. The dog parks are great for my two dogs, and if you don’t want to use them, there are a lot of places to walk them It is convenient to grocery stores and a pharmacy is within walking distance The staff is very helpful, and maintenance guys show up fast to fix any problems I have had in my apartment. I highly recommend living here

Great location and management! I moved here last spring and have been fortunate to be able to go for walks at the First landing State park. There is a grocery store and an ice cream store walking distance. The beach access is walking distance away and this place is pet friendly.

Finding Marina Shores apartments has been a saving grace for myself and my child. I’m blessed to wake up every day in a welcoming community where I can take my son out for a walk and trust that his surroundings are safe and inviting. I am praying they don’t increase my rent at my next renewal so that I can stay here and not get priced out.

Lots a new renovations are really taking the experience to higher heights. It is a lovely property with lots of amenities. The grounds keeping is good but could use improvements. Also, I wish there was a recycling program. That being said, I do enjoy living here. The maintenence staff are kind and accommodating.
