Along the Niagara River and next to the Canadian border sits the historical neighborhood of Black Rock. I-190 runs through this district, giving commuters easy access to downtown Buffalo five miles to the south. The mix of this area's art galleries, live music, and restaurants combine to create a lively commercial district centered on Amherst Street.
Your apartment in Black Rock puts you within walking distance of the neighborhood's entertainment venues. Enjoy Chicken Milenese at the Phoenix, and then stop by Sportsmen's Tavern any night of the week to dance to some of the best local musicians. Wake up early to enjoy brunch at Sophia’s Diner, and then visit the current exhibit at Burchfield Penney Art Center on the Buffalo State College campus. The edge of Delaware Park lies in Black Rock at the Scajaquada Creek, which gives you the perfect entrance to 376 beautiful acres of trails, lakes, and wildlife.

Property Ratings at Marina Vista
There was a review written recently. That has since been removed. There is an amendment called freedom of speech. If you are going to delete the reviews that you are not in agreement with. Then delete them all. This is another calculating attempt to keep perspective applicants from knowing the issues here. Management wants to control anyone who speaks the truth. This is exactly why the majority of good tenants are moving out. People feel they have no voice. This is why more diversity is needed in the workplace. There should also be more men in this field. Maybe then things will turn around for the better. One star.
I would give this building complex a minus star....my son lives there, and is very annoyed by the garbage that is thrown around, and the loud noise of tenants yelling and playing loud music at all hours of the night and day, he has called security, management and the police several times, nothing has changed, We are helping him find a new place to live and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Now they are enforcing a permit parking for tenants, and a place for visitors, which has no signage to let visitors know that the parking has changed, I agree with the other person that complained about Riverside towing, my son does not own a car and I drive him to appointments, shopping etc. when I went inside to pick him up, gone 20 minutes, my car was gone, where? Who knows, they play games with your money, took me almost an hour to find out where the car was, when I finally contacted the towing company, they said 180.00 CASH, and closing in 45 minutes!!!! I'm not finished perusing this. A warning should have been issued since they recently changed the parking rules. Too bad people have to put up with corruption like this.....
Apartment complex works with sketchy tow company called Riverside towing. Inconspicuous signage targeting visitors of Tennants. Riverside towing uses corrupt unfair and abusive practices to manipulate the law to steal from unsuspecting victims. Management allows this manipulation to share in deceptively accumulated profits. Property is run down and unsafe. Money is not invested in safety and comfort of Tennant s. Visit or worse lease with extreme caution.
