Property Ratings at Mariners Cove Apartments
What is written in the description is not correct, there are no tennis courts, I don't believe that this particular website is honest with any of these listings but Mariners Cove is a nice complex that is being destroyed, we had hundreds of beautiful trees on the complex but now they are all being torn out... The carports need to be reinforced.

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback about Mariners Cove. Our community website does not list tennis courts as an amenity here as we do not have tennis courts. I am unsure where you saw that posted. We would like to address your experience here more directly. Please feel free to reach out to me at ICanHelp@aircommunities.com so we can discuss further. -Susan
If you are looking for housing where you can have up to 3 pets, Mariners Cove is great. We have a large dog and we are all very happy to have found someplace nice to live. The grounds are lovely , so it’s easy to take him out for his quick potty breaks , with abundant grassy areas. Walks are fun too. I wish more people took care of their doggy poos, but that is not management’s fault. We have had just a couple of issues since moving in, and everything is resolved quickly. Management responds quickly. Trash and furniture piled up a few weeks ago( people seem to use the trash areas as a dumping ground) but a message to the office and someone was out the next day to clear it. A homeless person with a full grocery cart of stuff was seen gently escorted towards the front gate a week weeks ago. It’s a loosely gated community. I feel pretty safe here. The location is ideal, we moved from out of state and enjoy being close to the beach with the cooler temps and proximity to the freeways . Mariners Cove is not quite luxury living , but the amenities are pretty great and when the gym reopens we will be glad. People decorate their patios and seem happily settled in. I would sign the lease all over again and we hope to be here with our furry friend for quite awhile.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to write such an awesome review! We are pleased you have happily settled in with your pets and you are enjoying your home and all that our community has to offer. It has been and still is an ever changing world with this pandemic and we will be happy when the state mandates we can open all of our amenities again. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and valued feedback. - Susan
I went to talk to Paige on behalf of a resident that was having trouble paying the rent for that month. She was not pleasant to interact with and was not helpful until she was forced to provide the information I needed to help the resident. I don't know if she has a problem with the resident and so by default, she had an issue with me. I felt disrespected and as if she tried extremely hard to belittle me and the person I tried to help but I would not live on this property.
Property Manager at Mariners Cove Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hello, with issues like this, we require the actual resident to be present. We cannot discuss rent or finances on behalf of a resident with a non-resident. I hope this makes sense! -George
