I like the community overall and it needs improvement with people leaving trash everywhere and smoking weed everywhere. It’s the first thing you smell walking up the stairs to your apartment. Front door trash service needs to be eliminated.

I think the quality of the apartments has taken a hit. They are not well maintained and as a long time resident who has always paid on time my apartment is dated and I can't even get my carpet cleaned or my dingy shower and bathtub resurfaced. The building exterior has been patched up a few times but by cheap contractors who don't do quality work. The back decks against the woods take a beating from the elements and the untreated wood they use and the lack of regular power washing and maintenance. You would think these were "cheap" apartments but my wallet knows better.

Mariner's Crossing is definitely my new home away from home! Having moved to Raleigh from Michigan last year-I was searching for a place where I could feel safe with a genuine sense of community. I have found that here and I look forward to coming home everyday after a long hard day at work teaching fifth graders. I appreciate the wonderful people that I have met here who are now like an extended family and look forward to continuing to live here in this beautiful, well-managed space!

I only been living here for 2 years and within those 2 years I can see the decline in Mariners Crossing. Even my guests notice how unkempt the grounds the parking areas the breezeway is not kept at all.

Edie was who sold me on Mariner’s Crossing, and I’m so happy she did. The location is central to so many areas, food, and shopping, and the apartment complex itself is well maintained and outwardly appealing with many trees and greenery. The interior has obviously had well executed updates to cabinetry, flooring, and appliances, and the square footage of even the one bedroom is fantastic for the price, given the area. Valet trash is definitely a plus, and I was excited to learn there is recycling on site as well. I’m very happy with this apartment so far and am looking forward to utilizing all of the amenities provided.

Took 2 months to get washing machine fixed, there was a MASSIVE roach infestation throughout the complex that was never resolved, another MASSIVE mice infestation, amenities charge despite no amenities being available (pool and gym are always closed), and so much more! DO NOT move here, unless you want to spend your summer in a 90°+ apartment because maintenance won't respond to your DAILY calls about your broken AC. The only reason it eventually got fixed was because I called a lawyer, and surprise! it was fixed within the day. On top of this, rent increased about $300 in a year. AVOID THIS PLACE

So far it’s been a great place to stay. there’s been very little issues and the community is fairly quiet. The apartment is spacious and very nice. We are loving being so close to everything!

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The grounds are trashy. It's garbage everywhere. It's sloppy here. When my lease is up I'm moving. Management keeps changing and nothing gets done

I have been living here for two years and the management here is terrible. For the past year we have been charged an "amenity fee" for the apartment but we have zero access to any of the amenities because they have been closed due to construction for over a year now. The pool closed early this year mid summer and we were never allowed back in, yet still being charged an amenity fee. We also have been charged more than the monthly rent more than 3 times. They have been charging us rent and a half and are never able to give a refund for over-charging for that month. I have called to get help with their online portal so many times and no one is able to give me answers. We are moving out in august. Don't move here! They try to make it seem nice but they don't have anything set up right. I am considering getting a lawyer at this point because they are charging more rent than is on the lease every month, and this is happening to other people in the complex. Maintenance sometimes fixes the problem. Plus my roommates car has been broken into multiple times and there are some creepy men that walk around the apartment at night.
I have had nothing but problems since literally day 1 of my move in. Maintenance is terrible at responding to requests, management is horrible, and they have a mice problem! Truly just disgusting and not worth the rent they charge. I’m so glad our lease is up in a few months!!!
First and foremost if you are even slightly interested in moving here DON’T ! Do your research and read all the reviews. My biggest problem here is the maintenance staff as whole. The maintenance staff do not knock when entering your home, if I requested I don’t won’t anyone in my home without being there then you all should abide by my request but instead they enter your home without permission or notice which made me get cameras everywhere in my home due to safety concerns. A couple weeks after that, I caught a maintenance guy on camera entering my home without permission or notice once again and this time he was rambling through my things. I reported this to the manager and nothing was done, her excuse is she gets 500 emails a day and can’t get to everyone in time. Luckily, I was able to get the corporate information from Tasia who is front the desk lady, she has always been helpful. I’ve seen maintenance techs just joy riding on the golf carts through the neighborhood all hours of the night and I’m truly disturbed and also scared that these are the type of people who has access to my home. These people do not care about residents or out safety. Don’t move here unless you want maintenance techs going through your things while your not home and stealing.
Management is terrible. Don’t let the new paint job fool you, they have rats, roaches, and huge water bug at this place. The maintenance staff drinks on the job and they steal stuff from residents
A new company purchased the property back in 2020. Since then, it has went completely downhill. Everything from roaches, to mice, to broken washers, dryers, dishwashers, lights, mold, water leaks, etc., without urgency to fix it. I didn't know my building was infested with mice until my neighbor told me...still to this date, a notice has not went out. We just renewed our lease and after signing, there were plenty of added on fees. The pool stays green and full of dead squirrels. I honestly have no idea who the office staff is because they are never there and they rotate like musical chairs. We loved it when we moved here years ago and not we're counting the days until the lease is up.
Management is very poor and unresponsive. Lived here for ten years almost trouble free until the new company took over in January. Let the excellent office staff go and then later the great maintenance crew quit. Water shut offs not announced ahead of time as required by law. Maintenance banging on the door like a SWAT team for inspections unannounced, twice. Manager works at a different property and when I was given the number to call, it was a fax machine. Physical property is okay, management, not so much!
This has to be one of the best locations in North Raleigh. Everything is within a reasonable distance. There is a small shopping area right across the street; Walgreens, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Starbucks, a dry cleaner, barber shop, nail salon, organic food store just to name a few. The bus stop is at one of the entrances if you need it. The mall is about a two minute drive and maybe a 15 minutes drive to the airport if that. Downtown, just minutes away. You will love the cleanliness of the grounds and the well maintained units. Garages are available and there's a dog park for the four leg residents.

I love living here! It's a quiet, pretty complex, with plenty of trees and areas to walk my dog. I've been happy with the maintenance staff and the ability of the office staff to deal with any complaints or issues I have run into.
the area is great.i have not had any complaints about this place it is very clean i have no bug issues they have little invites such as drive by breakfast,drive by bingo sometimes pool parties and other activity you can get into
This is the best location to live if your looking for quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, the mall and shopping centers. The grounds are always well maintained and the staff is always so pleasant and extremely helpful. This apartment complex stands out when it comes to the amenities that are offered. There are so many perks; its incredible for the affordable competitive rates that the units are renting for. This complex offers amenities that range from a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs, outdoor grilling area, The mall, shopping centers and restaurants are either in walking distance or 3-5 minutes by car. I love this place.
This is an amazing apartment complex close to everything. Literally downtown 10 mins away, Harris teeter walking distance, Crabtree Mall 5 mins away, Walmart and Target mins away. What more could you ask for?, that its near the freeway and yes it is, highway 40. This is the perfect place nestled on the corner of Millbrooke and Creedmoor. Washer and dryer included with a 24 hour fitness center puts the icing on the cake. Friendly staff with great compassion adds the cherry! This place is worth a visit.
