PROS: located on Green Valley CONS: 1.old apartments you can hear every creak and sound. 2. Not a gated community, and located next to a public walking trail, so homeless people make their way in and sleep next to bushes. 3. Mailroom is constantly being broken into, forcing residents to have to go to the actual post office to claim their mail. 4. Cars are constantly being broken into 5. 0 amenities. There’s 1 swimming pool for the complex, an old gym with workout equipment that looks like it came out of someone’s uncle’s garage. There’s not even a business center or community computer or printer residents can use. 6. There’s only 1 way in/out of the complex. There was a fire at one of the buildings, and of course fire trucks came and they blocked the driving path for the buildings in the back to leave. And they were there for half the day. I had to get an Uber to and from work, which was expensive. 7. These apartments are extremely overpriced for what they are and the lack of amenities. Even with them renovating the units, they’re still outdated compared to apartments built 2016+. You’re better off renting a new construction apartment. It will be cheaper, safer, and a lot nicer.
The leasing office has zero integrity. Cars are being stolen at this place as well. My door was kicked in the first week I moved there. There are huge roaches that continued to come out of the drains. They claim the spray for insects but we also had issues with tiny ants in the kitchen. The leasing office staff didn’t seem to care either way. There are a lot of better Apts out there.
They will lie and rip you off for your deposits, The people working on site are unorganized and clueless. The dumpsters are full of RATS and they allow too many people and pets per unit! many other options to rent from in Henderson. Don’t waste time dealing with this complex or any other Olen Living Owned Apartments!
Our AC has not been working since April 2020, we notified the leasing office and they changed the filter. Fast forward 3 months, and the problem is worse! Nothing has been fixed. Even the corporate office is a joke, Save your time and money and rent elsewhere. Very poor management, nothing will get fixed. Do not wish this on any other tenant!
This place does not take care of you, over charges, does not fix maintenance issues because most of the time the front office doesn’t actually report it so they can charge you for it when you move out. There are tons of places to rent don’t do it here.
This place could be better the management doesn’t inforce how many people live in each unit! They have people with 6-7 adults cramming into 2 bed rooms. People With way too many big loud dogs! And people breaking the law driving unregistered cars through out the place!
BTW, this is not a smoke-free community. I like the fact that it is mostly quiet and right next to the Pittman Wash walking trail. Basic shopping needs are a short drive away. I like having my own stairwell. Water/sewer/trash fee is set, not variable. Staff is attentive and nice,but it seems like certain complaints, like noisy neighbors, do not get resolved (they are still noisy even after several warnings). If you live upstairs, and have a downstairs neighbor that smokes, plan on having your apartment reek of cigarette smoke. Trash bins are often overflowing and messy. I've had to call several times to have mattresses removed. Plan on hearing the occasional errant golf ball from the golf course next door go pinging off of cars and the parking spot covers once the weather gets warm. Otherwise, it's ok and will do for now.
Great location and very quiet with some very nice people.
Living here for the past two months and I have found my home peaceful and serene. Anyone that decides to make Players Club your new home will not be disappointed.The community has a ton of amenities and monthly resident events.Players Club has is friendly and professional and the grounds are well groomed.
I was a former resident of Players Club, and I’m so glad to be gone. The grounds were fine, but a few months into living there I encountered a huge cockroach infestation that took over the entire building I was in. Apparently a tenant from a neighboring apartment had been living in squalor, and it took several months before they were evicted. The office brought in pest control to bug bomb the unit, but didn’t tell anyone else about it, so I was treated to a week and a half of dozens of cockroaches coming into my unit to die. There were hundreds of them in the time it took for the office to act on it. They came in mostly through the bathroom, so I couldn’t use the shower for well over a week. When I called to let them know, initially they took my information, but did not return my call for two days. When I followed up, they said they would call pest control to have my apartment looked at, but didn’t call them so no appointment was made. When I asked when to expect them, they said initially they couldn’t help because the pest control company only comes on one day a week. They knew exactly what building I was in as it was clearly a big story in the office, but didn’t inform me or my neighbors of any problem. When I complained to the office manager, she said there was simply nothing they could do for me to fix the problem. I basically had to force her to call a pest control company to take care of it. I asked for a discount on a month’s rent for the inconvenience, and they once again could do nothing for me. I understand this is a one-off situation, but the staff is incompetent and even without an army of cockroaches in your apartment the grounds are vastly overpriced. I would recommend not only steering clear of this complex, but also its sister complexes owned by the same parent company. They have a series of apartment complexes in Las Vegas/Henderson and I worry this kind of office behavior comes from their corporate culture.
I love my apartment complex. I have lived here a little over a year. I moved in after my husband passed away because I felt I needed a change. The staff was wonderful in helping me with my application and paperwork. The complex is located in a very pretty and nice area. The complex is not too big, so if I need a repair, it is taken care of quickly. I have no bugs inside and outside, which is always a winner. The landscape is always kept up with.The maintenance staff and office staff are always friendly. We have a social every month at the office to get to know each other. The pool and area is very pretty and always clean and well kept. We have workout room and free classes are offered for those who want to join.
The apartments are conveniently located near numerous shopping centers and fast food chains most within walking distance, they also always take care of any maintenance work in the apartments fairly quick and they always do a good job the first time. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family who are looking for a decently priced and also nice place to live.
