Avoid at all costs
Management is terrible. Apparently this place used to be really nice. Don't expect anything to get fixed. Our toilet was clogged for two weeks. Our refrigerator broke, and they tried to charge us for it. The spa is nice, but expect it to break down twice a month, and management will find an excuse for why they can't fix it quicker.

I moved into Marisol only 2 weeks ago, and all I have to say is that I am already loving it. I used to work out quite often in the past but my routine started to drop off due to lack of equipment. Marisol has everything you need for a good workout. I have been hitting the gym everyday since moving in and I already feel the results.

Living at Marisol has been wonderful! The community is friendly and quiet, and the leasing agents have been attentive to all my needs. The apartment complex is modern and has several amenities. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, and a garage attached with extra room for storage. Reception through Verizon isn’t great in some areas, but wifi calling and texting has come in handy.

Great community to stay. Any complaints raised they will be solved in a day. I don't like the parking places they are very narrow and I had hit my car to the pillar and once my parking neighbor hit my car. It would have been great if you had good parking spots and some more guest parkings. Thanks!

Marisol is lovely! The amenities are top notch and the quality of the apartments and fixtures is exactly what we were looking for. Good sized bedrooms and closets, high ceilings, open concept, stainless steel appliances, and lots of natural light. Sometimes parking is less than ideal, but there is a fair amount of street parking. The nearby cross street has increasing homeless activity, but I'm hoping that disappears as time goes on. The City of Carlsbad usually does a great job on that front, but it seems this newer complex is right on the border of Oceanside and Carlsbad and the area has become a bit of a no man's land. In light of that, we are still quite happy here and hope to be here for at least a couple years. The location is convenient for shopping and access to the 78. We also love that it is dog friendly. The nearby preserve is the perfect place to walk or run daily.

It was great a year or so ago, but the management seems to have gone downhill quite a bit over the last several months. There used to be food trucks once a month, but haven’t seen one in quite some time. Overall, for the money, it’s just OK here.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to live! The office staff are all amazing, especially Adam. All maintenance requests are taken care of promptly (shout out specifically to Chris!) and they always go the extra mile! The only complaint we’ve ever had is noise, but it’s only on the weekends and typically not too late.

It’s a great community and super close to the freeway and shopping areas. Great neighbors and really quiet. I really can’t complain about anything. Still need to check out the amenities but I’m sure they won’t disappoint.

Marisol Apartments are beautiful! I recently visited and immediately fell in love with the property and all of the amenities. I was very impressed with the staff; they are very kind and friendly. Recently moved in and had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed on move in. Front office staff and maintenance staff have been helpful and responsive In getting issues resolved. Beautiful property. Unfortunately dog owners don’t seem to be picking up after their dogs, I see/smell dog poop throughout the property. Dog poop trash cans maybe should be emptied out more frequently as they contribute to the bad smell when it’s hot outside.

Me and my husband are so happy with our experience so far. We have been here for almost a year and a half and we have nothing but great things to say. The staff is so awesome, very professional and respond fast. Any minor issues we have had has been resolved with in a day or two. We love the community of people we live around and the environment that Marisol has created. The amenities are definitely one of my favorite parts about living here, I love the pool and the gym. Everything is so well kept and maintained. The apartments inside are definitely luxurious, all updated appliances and very well designed. Could not be more thankful for our experience so far! I am in Marisol Apartments from Nov 2022, I like everything about this community it is well maintained community and any requests over weekdays are addresses on the same day or asap. I love my stay here close by to all the places. Guest parking are very less that would be the only callout I have so far.

We just moved in and have had the best experience moving into our new home. The office staff was so helpful all along the way & on move in day, everything was ready for us. Our home is so amazing & this is the best community we’ve ever lived in!! Punching ourselves to be living here!!

This community is fantastic! All the neighbors are courteous and friendly. The staff is communicative and above par. You can’t compare the amenities to any other apartment complex. We love living here!

Living here has been a breath of fresh air! The area is perfect for our little family. The units are very well made, we ca almost never hear our neighbors on top of us. Only had trouble with the parking outside of the gates, but inside it fantastic.

Love it here. Great gym, great location, great pool and hot tub area and all the neighbors are chill around me. Very dog friendly and the mailroom and business center rooms are really above expectations. Will probably extend

That’s far, I am really enjoying my new apartment here. I’m still figuring some things out, however the staff has been extremely helpful. Wish there was a little more in the way of guest parking.

Horrible
They moved us in a place that wasn’t freshly painted and I continued to contact them about it and now there taking my full deposit!!! Be careful they will make up anything to have you deposit taken away!!!!
