Property Ratings at Mark III Apartments
In 2013, I was placed in a terrible situation and my husband and I divorced. At 65 and being displaced was so overwhelming. To say the last sentences, leads me to the reason I rate my apartment complex, Mark III, as being an excellent place for me to live. The apartments are older but very well kept. The tenants are middle age to older, no college students, the pool never crowded and gives us the feeling of our "private pool." The manager is very nice and when you report something, it is handled almost immediately. The day you need help, you get it! Each neighbor looks out for each other. The Mark III apartments are simply wonderful and the "best kept secret in Hattiesburg, MS."
