Property Ratings at Mark Lane
Hello,They charge as if live in a luxurious community when it is not. I lived in this community for 7 months. First, thing I had to change apartments because the apartment began to fill with mold including the storage. The hallways had never been cleaned. They keep a crocodile, which has come out on several occasions, creating concern and fear and the edge of the lake is dirty. The children's park has fire ants, bugs, and some residents are not aware and take their pets there. The entrance doors to the building remain closed without lock and one in the back has been broken for a long time. The BBQs remain dirty and often without gas. The garbage in recent times remains full for more than a week. The Starbucks filter machine needs to be changed for about 5 months and they didn't. In the office, they are very unprofessional, they leave personal notes on the door without an envelope. In short, the price is NOT compatible with the well-being, cleanliness, and dedication to the community.
Mark Ln is the best community. It is my favorite place. Thank you so much for making this a safe and comfortable place. Special thanks to the staff who make this possible.
Beautiful landscaped property. They have a nice pool that is well maintained. Garbage man is the nicest hard working guy. Always has a smile on his face. Inside of apartments are nice and clean feel. Outside patio and halls get very dirty. Could use a power washing on a regular basis to keep it clean.
Had to move unexpectedly after the hurricane. Was thrilled to find Mark Lane Apartments. Brianna was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to get us into a beautiful unit promptly! Both myself and my daughter are thoroughly impressed with the amenities and community. Loving it so far!

Such a lovely and calm neighborhood, amenities that we have are also amazing to use. The area we are in is also nice , plenty of things around us to enjoy
95% great residents 5% obnoxious or nosy people. For most of the year we have had one free food truck per month. Since we pay such a high rent; however, the past few months the food trucks are no longer free. The apartments offer a great and tranquil atmosphere, but they do have many restrictions.
I’ve been waiting months to move in here and I am finally settled in! Love the neighborhood, it’s so much more peaceful than my other apartment. But above all is that I am way closer to work. And the residents here are so nice!

I LOVE living here. It is safe and beautiful. There is always something fun going on, from Chick-fil-A breakfast to a free wrapping Christmas presents station!
I would rate a 4.5 due to how quickly the building was made with a lot of mistakes (i.e. AC not working in smaller rooms and back door issues closing/noise . Other than those smaller issues this has been the most welcoming complex I have ever lived in. I have met so many people and have networked with neighbors!
I like living here, but some neighbors don't respect rules. There are things that need to be improved, such as placing a tap and a sink next to the barbecues, as it is not even possible to wash your hands.

Love it here! New, quiet, convenient, easy access. What's not to love? Online payment process, food trucks, communication - all top notch. Best apartment I have been in.
The staff at the leasing office and from maintenance is very helpful and friendly. They are on top of things and make living here very nice. The only downside to our experience here so far is the bugs. The trash rooms are always filled with flies and as a result they are very present in building hallways.
needs more maintenance, halls are filthy with dog litter, hair, urine etc, we have addressed it to the managers, trash room sometimes it’s even worse.
