About an hour inland from Savannah, Statesboro is a charming small city steeped in history and culture. With Georgia Southern University occupying the south side, the college town atmosphere extends well beyond the campus with 20,000 enrolled students heavily influencing the city’s cultural landscape. The city’s Downtown district features countless examples or beautifully preserved architecture, with historic storefronts housing unique specialty shops and restaurants of every description, particularly clustered around the intersection of Main and Main (where North, South, East and West Main Streets come together).
The Statesboro Mall on the east side anchors the city’s larger retail district, with more shopping centers found along Fair Avenue near the Georgia Southern campus. Rental rates in Statesboro tend to be quite affordable, making life a little easier for folks on a budget.

Would highly recommend!! Love the serenity and stability the neighborhood gives if you want to live in harmony with no problems, issues, or too much noise then Market 100 is the place. Not to mention the amenities get a spot while you can because they fill up fast!

Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear that you are enjoying your stay at Market 100!
Market 100 is a calm, friendly community a perfect distance away from the traffic. Apart from some Ninja Roommate Wrangling the first year. I was able to clear the communal space and feel like I was building a "Home" The bad apples left, and I got paired with 2 wonderful guys that are students, along with the 4th dude who has become a sincere friend. So hard work and taking care of your space is not unnoticed and will be rewarded if you are sincere. I've never been happier in a rented apartment. After years of roommate and complex shenanigans. My last complex had a fancy pool and looked prettier but that just attracted tourists and noise. I've discovered I love the privacy and quietness of the Market 100 Pool better! There is very little noise from anywhere in the complex, and I barely hear my roommate's or apartment below. Hannah is Awesome. As well as the other ladies (names... sorry) who are doing a fine job running this place. Happy to be signed on for another year.

Great employee helped us with check-in (Jaylen/Jaylin) Long waiting period to move in but very satisfied with newly renovated apartment; balcony is a bit shotty with weather damage
The 4x4 apartment is good for the price. There are a lot of bugs that get into the apartments. The office staff is friendly. Everything is mostly quiet around my apartment area.
A great place to live and the most affordable appartment in Statesboro. I highly recommend it.
The Apartments are decent. I sublet and was fortunate to meet my roommates and see the apartment. Even with a pet friendly complex, the grounds and sidewalks are well maintained, Maintenance quickly fixes any issues and the Front Desk is always helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is relatively peaceful and quiet. I ride my bike to the grocery store about a half mile. Can't beat the convenience. Warning: Be careful how you enter your financial info into the App. If there are any issues, you will not be warned and fees are applied. (A programming issue.) Overall great value in a comfortable neighborhood.
The staff is very disrespectful and unhelpful. They market themselves as student living but then allow families (including infants) to live in the same apartment as students. When asked to remedy the situation all they said was "there is nothing we can do." They are also very bad at keeping the complex clean. There is dog poop everywhere and trash all over the grass areas. After having issues with some of our kitchen appliances they refused to fix them saying nothing was wrong with them even though they did not work.
This place is infested with roaches. I have contacted management, had them in my apartment and there are still roaches. It took two months for the problem to slow down a little. There are still roaches though. They got in the outlets and management just doesn’t care. The price is cheap, now I know why.
My son is a graduate student, placed with children/undergrads who were inappropriate and harassed him at every turn. Though he signed a lease with the agreement that he would be placed with graduate students, he now has to pay $$$ for a change. This is not a place I would send anyone to.
Outdated fixtures, horrible plumbing, Mold, A/C poor, fixtures falling apart, light switch not operable, ceiling fan noisy, broken window, management unfriendly after sell, quick to judge, rude, condescending, wi-fi offline randomly, day room furniture shabby at best looks like picked off of street, rooms unsecured, no curtains in furnished room,
I am a 2014 Graduate of GSU and this apartment has been by far one of the worst apartment complexes in Statesboro. When my roommates and I looked for apartments, we saw that this was a cheap nice apartment complex and were led to believe that we would be getting the best value from renting here. We soon learned otherwise 1. Management is unreliable at best - One of my biggest complaints has to deal with the management. Any issue we had either never got resolved or was haphazardly handled. 2. Billing issues - When it came to paying rent, I never had a positive experience. Any time we went to pay rent either something was added on without our knowledge or we never were notified. If there was an issue with processing payments(which there was always an issue due to their old infrastructure.) you would never know about it until it was overdue with an added surcharge. 3. Maintenance - I literally had water pouring thru my roof and luckily none of my things got damaged however we had a pool of water in the kitchen. We called maintenance and the front office to find a resolution, however we were blamed for not leaving a message on their answering machine. Overall - There are better places to live for college students.
