Property Ratings at Market Station
Management is very friendly, very understanding people! They are on top of things, and maintenance is very professional and fast! Sense of community here, and a very convenient location. Pet friendly!
Good Environment to live. Cool office and management staff. Great with residents when it comes to repairs and up keeping of apartments to ensure a comfort stay.
Overall the property is great!! Cheryl has been here for 5 plus years and does an amazing job managing the entire place! Place is amazing and so is the management if I could give more then 5 stars I would!!!
I've been here since spring of 2021 and honestly have so many positive things to say. Everyone in the office is so friendly, and maintenance tends to matters quickly, yet issues requiring them have been few and far between. I always put in the notes for maintenance, "Please close the door! Cats are indoor only!" and they're always very conscious of that. Email responses by the office staff are cordial and prompt. My little studio apartment is quaint, simple, and easy to manage. It's nothing fancy and I love it exactly so. It's especially perfect for me as a single. The only true issues I've had have been obnoxious noise by neighbors, which the office has promptly addressed for me when I bring it to their attention. Overall, I truly love living here. I've had no pests, the complex is close to major parts of town, and I love using the gym, which is available 24 hours. There's a bus stop literally right outside the complex. I could just go on... So a hearty thank you to Cheryl, Danny, Logan, and everyone at Market Station for your amazing hospitality towards me and my cats.
we have been here for 3 years and have no problems until the people upstairs moved in and now we are infested with roaches. they have done nothing about it and it is getting so much worse. WE FOUND SACKS IN OUR DINING ROOM. sending people that only spray the kitchen and nothing else and then acting like are crazy for saying we have seen so many more. I am raising hell tomorrow and I am not paying another penny to this place I am calling the health department and I am calling the news. DO NOT PAY A CENT TO THIS PLACE
I know there's always gonna be the super-ranting "negative Nancys" on every review... but this place honestly isn't bad at all! Been here 3 years, the grounds stay pretty well maintained, no trash floating around on the ground, not a lot of riff raff or drama outside. No shady or aggressive people lurking in the parking lots. Not a lot of noise. Neighbors are pretty respectful. Maintenance is pretty responsive. The renovated units are something to see! **now for the bad stuff** there are hella cats outside wandering (I don't really mind them. And they don't mind you either) I have had to call the office a few times (like 12 times in a row) for them to answer which was frustrating. Another time i called 8 times, then walked to the office and the guy in there was just chilling and left the phone off the hook (on purpose). Please do better with customer service... the older Apts are not bad as long as they are upkept. ALL IN ALL- this is not a bad place to stay. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but for the price and quiet, laid-back environment, you can't beat it!!!
Been here for a year and can’t wait to leave! When we first moved in the stopper to my tub was sitting in my sink. There is mold coming from our vents we told the maintenance people but all they did was paint over it. There are a bunch of stray cats and they walk all over your car. There are abandoned cars left in the parking lot from people who moved out. Huge roaches, possums and rats come around from some people feeding the cats. It’s absolutely disgusting over here….. DO NOT RECOMMEND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO YOU WILL FOREVER HAVE ISSUES!
2bd/2ba (1st floor) like the last review said Management unorganized had lost and continues to lose important information documents as in payments and of another tenant information in the apartment and claims not on lease but signed the lease twice first moving in. Charged us liability insurance 6 times when proof of renter insurance was provided before signing lease. But landlord still accepts money order payments from tenant that she claims doesn’t have name on lease so necessary says she can’t put it towards the apartment rent while being rude about it. Gave the wrong online payment link and found out wasn’t paying to the correct apartment account but to another account. Acts like they can’t track his payments. Even went to the leasing office to ask about the payments, charges and claims to fix it in March and April almost every month until now but ended up taking us to court (charged us the court fees) for not paying rent and did pay rent with proof but not once notify through call or email that rent never gotten paid. 2nd bathroom ceiling leaks above shower head and molded had requested maintenance to get it fix still not fixed. One time leaked so bad it started leaking in the little hallway to the water heater closet. Maintenance did nothing. Turn on heat and sometimes smells like something burning. Recently this week kitchen light leaking water. Water was turned off throughout the complex because the water supply connection problem but gotten a notice late afternoon about why no water. Since we moved in the apt. one of the stove eyes hasn’t been working nor fixed. Huge bugs come in from a crack under the windows (1st floor) and a few times seen roaches big & small. Parking is terrible. Walls are thin. Can hear neighbors convos and can hear their alarm clock. Stray cats everywhere and on cars. Neighbors have 3-4 cars and only use 2 of them.
I lived here for a year and I couldn't wait to get out. Management was unorganized, inaccessible, and not very friendly. The walls are PAPER THIN. I mean, I would wake up to the alarm of my neighbor... I would constantly hear the upstairs neighbor's baby cry throughout the night. Stray dirty cats every where. Don't do it.
Great choice for an apartment in GSO - affordable rent for adult students or new emploiyees moving to the area. Office staff are super chill. Cool little community and its ok with dogs too. Wish the pool was bigger but that's my only complaint. I use the grill area every day.

Hello, thank you for the high star rating! We sincerely thank you for the positive review, and look forward to seeing you again soon!
I am considering breaking my lease to get out of this place. Do not count on the office to handle anything from neighbor complaints to maintenance. I have had a few issues since moving in and the only solution I get from the office is to put a note in a door. I have had several maintenance calls that were unresolved and I even fixed myself or called on a friend. Completely unacceptable. Living here makes me miserable and I do not look forward to coming home to this apartment. I would give a lower rating if there was one.

Overall I would have to say my apartments are great. When I first moved in I had issues with the toilet/ dishwasher but the on call maintenece team always seemed to get it fixed promptly. I love how close it is to everything, and my neighbors and management are super friendly.

Even though this is a contest for rent to be paid. I would need to be honest. I have lived here for a year and have had the worse experience ever. They first put me in an apartment that I did not want to be in. Then they changed my leasing information without my knowledge So I was stuck for a whole year instead of 6 months like I wanted to. Then the whole year I called for maintenance to fix my appliances. I have to call 4-5 times for them to come and fix it. I still have a broken stove that they have yet to fix although I put a request at least 7 times for them to fix it. I pretty much gave up on that. They have also changed staff at least 3 times and they have also changed management since I have been there. I have had nothing but bad experiences since I first got here. And I would not recommend this place to anyone. I tried to move but couldn't.
This apartment is an excellent place to live. the apartments are a little older but they are clean and quiet , at least on the second floor. the management takes good care of the facilities and are prompt when repairs are needed.
Beacon Glen is clean and well cared for. My two minor maintenance issues were handled quickly and without a lot of hassle. Lost keys? Found and returned to me! Small gym and pool are pretty nice. It's an older property and you can really tell in the laundry facilities which are badly in need of upgrade. The staff is super friendly and helpful!
