Marketplace Apartments were built in 2003, and include forty studio apartments, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, many of those include private balconies. All units include maple cabinetry, kitchen appliances, in unit washer dryers, plenty of closet space, and spacious bathrooms. The building features a secure entrance with FOB access to all floors, basement bike storage, lobby with mailboxes, and elevator. Close to Bellingham nightlife, WWU, dining, shopping and entertainment. Units available with update appliances! Rent includes spacious storage locker in secured basement. Parking is NOT included, but limited month-to-month rental spaces may be available for an additional $62 a month. Renters insurance required through tenancy. Sorry, NO PETS! Unless otherwise noted, 1 year lease required. Monthly rental price is for single occupant, not to exceed 2 persons per bedroom or studio. $30 per month, per person Utility fee for WSG. $60 application fee per applicant - $60 application fee per co-signer - If approved, applicants should expect to sign a lease and pay Security Deposit along with a one-time $175 Administrative Fee.
