Belair is a dynamic area between Interstate 20 and Highway 78 and bounded to the east by Interstate 520. The western side of town consists of peaceful residential areas, while the eastern corner of town, near the I-20 and I-520 junction, features modern amenities. The Doctors Hospital of Augusta along with restaurants, hotels, and other businesses can be found here. Renters will find that Belair’s rental options are also concentrated in the eastern part of town. Renters have their choice of everything from luxury apartments to ranch-style homes.
Outside of town, residents have access to more amenities. A six mile drive east leads to Downtown Augusta, driving a bit north brings you to the trails and parks around the Savannah River, and you’ll find sprawling golf courses throughout the city known for the Masters Tournament.

Overpriced for a 2 bedroom . Management is lazy and slow when it comes to handling issues . Residents needs aren’t put 1st . Trashy walkways , dumpster is always overgrown with trash . Pond is dirty and needs to be cleaned

This was my first apartment experience and it was amazing. The staff here is very friendly, helpful, and prompt. The neighborhood is beautiful. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with the most noise being the traffic sounds from the highway, but for me it was not annoying. I moved here to have a place in Augusta while I was in nursing school and the quiet community afforded me plenty of uninterrupted study time. Maintenance is prompt and gets the job done and pest control made sure there were no bugs. Throughout my year here, I had no safety issues, which was important since I would often leave early and get back really late. Overall, I would recommend Marks Church Commons to my family and friends because for me, it felt like home.
