The community is great. It’s quiet, pleasant and very peaceful. Any concerns I’ve had have been answered promptly for the most part. My only complaint about the complex is having to register for several different systems and websites and the parking. Some people are not tech savvy and can have a hard time keeping up. The other thing is the parking. Having to register a guest every time they visit can be and is a headache and making them park far away from the buildings they are visiting is highly inconvenient and inconsiderate.

The apartment is well-designed with thoughtful details that enhance daily living. The kitchen slab has a nice curved finish, adding both style and functionality. The shower head is a standout feature—it can be easily adjusted to different levels or even turned off with a simple click. The flooring is solid and durable, giving the space a high-quality feel. One thing to note is that the walls are quite thin, making it easy for sound to carry and potentially disturb neighbors. However, the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, which is a huge plus. The gym is also impressive, well-equipped, and a great addition to the amenities. Overall, a well-built apartment with convenient features and good management.
Maintenance is on time and all staffs are nice and welcoming. The door closes harshly sometimes. Everything is close by in the area which makes it easy to get groceries or anything else.

I really like the smart features that my apartment has. A Especially the oven, first time having one that you can use an app. Apartments are new and clean.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment community! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the management team truly cares about the residents. The maintenance team is super responsive, and any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally.

So far a quiet neighborhood, there is alot of construction that causes noise during business hours but that can't be helped and not a big issue for me.

The apartments it's self are nice and needs some work after it settled. But the leasing office staff have been amazing and super understanding. Very quiet and peaceful. I just hope the residents help take care of where we live.

Best place to live in Denton, close to mayor stores but at the same time far from noises and crowded streets. This complex apartments have well keep areas, awesome staff and maintenance crew. Love my apartment floor plan and the amenities included. If you are looking for a place to live don't think it twice, you have found your home.
