I have lived @ The Marq for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and kind. There have been so many resident appreciation days with food and other events. I love that the apartment is so close to crabtree mall and a greenway that we use so often. Despite being close to so much there is not nearly the noise I kind of expected, it’s pretty quiet. The apartments are Uber modern and very spacious! I’m so glad I chose The Marq @ Crabtree!

Really enjoy the apartment I live in. The kitchen is a great space where I can spread out and enjoy cooking. Living in the main building is a plus with having the gym and common area located there.

I took a self-guided tour due to the disaster and I have to say the apartment property is very well kept, beautiful all around. Apartments look just like the pictures. I love it. Would definitely recommend.
This community is truly beautiful. The location is close to so many perfect needs (Target, Starbucks, great food, and more). We are not planning to relocate from Orlando for a few months. However, I wanted to compliment Lauren the leasing specialist on a terrific tour. She covered all the important points, and was super friendly and professional. We are a family of five and she was wonderful and accommodating. We had the full community tour, and she made sure to give us all the info we requested to take with us. I look forward to coming back!
Marq at Crabtree is the best apartment complex I have EVER lived in. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment layouts are fantastic (floor to ceiling windows with laminate throughout) and the location is perfect. Your close enough to everything but your far enough way to not feel like your in everything! I can't speak highly enough about the office team and maintenance crew, everyone is always helpful and nice and every maintenance request is completed within 24 hours. Nothing but good things to say about this place! You should rent here.

The apartment complex is nearly new (less than 2 years), the apartments are beautiful, and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful! The amenities are AWESOME, from the salt water pool to the excellent fitness center; I recently relocated from Anchorage, Alaska, and the shopping, restaurants and other services are all nearby - and of course, the weather is great!
