I moved here without touring, 100% trusting the pictures and other people's reviews, and I was RIGHT to do so! The facilities/amenities are lovely. The common areas alone are supremely cool: stylish library, fun courtyard gardens, all sorts of stuff! Staff is friendly and responds to questions/requests quickly and clearly Extends to facilities maintenance, too. I put in a repair request for some fixtures and they were serviced pretty quickly!
I have lived here for about 6 months. The maintenance and management team are so caring and prompt to fix issues. The maintenance guys even helped me bring some of my things into my new apartment. It is very quiet here even with the dogs. I am home all day and hardly hear anything except the crickets at night :-). The neighborhood is fantastic and very convenient with sprouts, target, safeway, banks and lots of restaurants around. Great pet hospital a couple blocks away. And, Lone Tree has a free door-to-door shuttle service that will take you anyplace in Lone Tree including Park Meadows Mall. You will really enjoy living here.
This is a very beautiful complex spacious apartments with great mountain and city view, lots to do and see. There is always something fun going on in the summer, BBQ by the pool, parties in the lobby and the occasional yummy breakfast on Saturday. It is safe, clean and a very welcoming staff. I love living here! Within walking distance to the Lone tree Art Center. A brand new Library is being built just across the street. and the Lone Tree Rec Center is on the south side of the complex. So much to do outside and around the apartment building and so much to do inside. It is the best of both worlds.
Good service from staff, nice amenities. I like the events that they plan during the month, fix things quickly and always keep the tenants informed.
If you are looking for the perfect apartment home in the Lone Tree, CO area, look no further than Marq at Ridgegate! The grounds are immaculate near the infinity pool and the beautiful water garden. We have been here for a few months now, and every time we needed a minor maintenance issue resolved (the fob to the front gate wasn't working) we were met with a genuine smile and a prompt attention to address our concerns. Even the leasing process was a breeze! We have never encountered such a warm staff in all of our years in living in an apartment setting. Be certain to at least give them a call to explore your options. You'll be glad you did.
I am so happy with everything at The Marq at Ridgegate. The quality of the apartment from floor to ceiling. The staff is awesome and throw parties for tenants several times per month, for example, poolside barbecues, ice cream socials and "Wine Down Wednesday." I was floating on a raft in the pool and a representative from Gigi's Cupcakes came by and gave everyone at the pool a cupcake. I did not even have to leave the comfort of my raft and the beautiful heated pool to receive the best cupcake I have ever eaten. It was like a dream come true. The Maintenance team is exceptional and even changes lightbulbs. The 10 foot ceilings, side by side refrigerator with ice in the door and 24 hour security guard are some of the touches that make this place the best in Colorado.
I have lived at a different apartment each year, I tend to move around a lot. I now live at Marq at Ridgegate and it really has everything someone can want. The actual apartments are new and modern. The rooms are a great size, the patios are big enough for actual people to be on and enjoy. The best part is the security. You need a key fob to get into any door on any floor. You also need a fob to get into the garage. So you know random people can't be wondering around.
The Marg at Ridgegate as turned out to be one of my all time favorite places I have ever lived in the Denver Area. The finishes throughout the unit as well as the property are top notch. The complex is situated in a perfect spot for literally 5 min. access to light rail, shopping, dinning, entertainment, hospital, and I25. The surrounding blocks are a mix of "Brownstone" type buildings and townhouses, with tree lined streets giving the neighborhood a distinctive urban vibe....but with out the hassles of narrow street parking and blocked ally ways. The Marq has a secured internal parking garage with assigned spaces that comes with the rent of the unit. The Marq is differently the place to live.
