Property Ratings at Marq Eight
The new property manager Sigourne, asst manager, leasing agents and maintenance staff are hands down awesome, diligent, hospital and knowledgeable. Between the pool, club room and apartment upgrades, this property is highly recommended. Fabulous location with tons of restaurants. A clean and safe environment to call home. The office staff are always polite, courteous and attentive to my needs and I'm very happy here. Maintenance issues always resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here are impressive. Certainly a great place to live.
The office has very bad communication and management skill. Your fire alarm could be on in the middle of the night, your car could disappear in your parking garage as the office towed it, and you could be accused for prohibited behaviors in the appointment with zero bases.
I have lived here for almost a year. The level of professionalism, residential support and anything that you need Rikki and Sigourne have been my everything. From the first I moved in, to follow-up issues, they stay on it. The property is well kept and you would enjoy what your unit has to offer. For me, the best thing about the Marq 8 is the staff and management, and the property is just a bonus. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone in search of a nice, clean, safe environment. And most of all witness the stellar customer service and management staff here. I love this community! The grounds are always well kept and the staff is always very helpful. They have one of the greatest Shaq and Kobe tag team to solve your issues there, if Rikki or Sigourne is there they will get the job done. I’m happy to renew my lease there once again.
I had to do a remote move in and the staff Ricki and Sigourne were extremely helpful. Specifically, Sigourne was an absolute sweetheart answering my endless phone calls and questions that came with being remote, and the entire time she seemed happy to help! The virtual facetime tour of the unit is exactly as described and the property is well maintained. The area is very quiet at night as well.
Been an eight year tenant here, and the current management, CWS with Ricki Williams as manager, is superb, personable, and very swift in response. I appreciate mostly that they are very communicative, and have been fair with my rental rates and renewals, plus the maintenance team is the bomb.com. It's undergone some renovations lately and wow does it ever look clean, pristine, and welcoming and the more family friendly tenants we have now are ideal to live by. It's quiet, and in an ideal location adjacent to 285, the mall, loads of eateries and shopping, and everything you would need in the immediate area. Also they are minutes away from the local drug and grocery stores, and one exit to one of the nearest and best Atlanta medical facilities at Northside Hospital. I highly recommend it!
We had amazing customer service from Alyssa when we went to visit and tour the property. The facilities were very nice, however they didn't fit the needs of my wife and I. There were out of particular floor plans that may have worked, and we probably would have leased there had one of those plans been available. If I'm looking into apartments in the future, I would definitely go back.
Living in the heart of Perimeter center, this complex gives you the best of luxury living. A mid-rise building, with multi-level parking allows one to feel as if they are truly city living - minus the noise. Not to mention the ease of access to every major highway, giving access to Buckhead just minutes from your doorstep. Axis at Perimeter combines modern living with a touch of luxury, something we all look for in our new homes. Whether you prefer to work out in the main level gym, catch some rays by the pool or spend the evening with friends around the fire pit - this complex has it all. Here at Axis the staff and maintenance team is always willing to help, whenever needed. Living in this complex for almost 2 years, I can proudly say I've never had a complaint or an issue. If OTP living is for you, be sure to stop by Axis at Perimeter to see for yourself.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I need to make a stop into the office. The amenities are fantastic with a pool and 24-hour gym and the apartments are in a great location.
We enjoy our two-bedroom secluded apartment in the midst of the "drum" surrounding the perimeter area near the Mall in a very busy section of Atlanta. When we pull up directly to our unit on the roof we leave it all behind.... quietly enter our secure parking spot and drift away into our own space without even a single encounter... AAHHhh heaven!
