If you are looking for a bustling shopping and business district in the Atlanta area, then the Perimeter Center neighborhood is the spot for you. Anchored by Perimeter Mall, Perimeter Center is one of metro Atlanta’s largest commercial districts.
Perimeter Center straddles the Perimeter itself, a boundary outlined by Interstate 285 that separates Atlanta from the suburbs. Although a portion of Perimeter Center is considered a part of Atlanta, the area is also comprised of Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs, some of the city’s most popular suburbs. An abundance of shopping centers and restaurants surround Perimeter Mall, so residents have easy access to plenty of amenities.
High rises filled with offices of major companies like UPS and three major hospitals — Saint Joseph’s, Northside, and Children’s at Scottish Rite — are in Perimeter Center as well.

Property Ratings at Marq Perimeter
Hi, I live in 2 bedroom apartment in Bldg#6 on the ground floor. There is no insulation under the wooden floor. Management told me the vendor forgot to put it so the apartment gets freezing cold. Thermostat won't go above 60F even if you put the heat 24 hrs with $400 monthly GA Power bill. External heater will trip the circuit frequently. Management says pay $750 if you want to transfer to another apartment. Basically, you have to live in unliveable condition in the bedroom. You can't use living room as it is wooden floor and temperature is below 55F af putting main heat. Hot air stays up and cold air stays down. I have decided not to renew my lease when it ends in October

Thick wall between apartments so I never had a problem hearing our neighbors next to us. Maintenance are great and friendly; they have an app so submit your request and they come and fix the problem. Had an issue with a trash fee but after talking with management and having valid proof, they waived the fee from my account. I was top floor so I can't say if I could hear upstairs neighbors.

Great Staff and Great Maintenance..
I recommend Perimeter 31 because the Management Staff is great, and the Maintenance Staff is awesome, especially Carlos who always provides excellent service. When the Management Staff reports your repair issues here, and the Maintenance staff, (my experience has been mostly with Carlos)promptly responds. The Maintenance Staff is awesome!!!
Great community, but I would recommend newer construction/ community in this area. There are many newly built Apartments in this area.
i would recommend this apartment community the staff is friendly/ good mainteance..
Closure to groceries stores , maintenance Requests are handled Very well.
Customer service exceeds my expectation, along with maintenance services when necessary. I feel it's a security issues are very minimal.
The quality of the apartment and amenities were just ok, but the cost was low enough to justify the state of everything, which is why we're pretty neutral about it.
The recent home break-in robbery has earned a rating #7. I'm hoping this is not an on-going issue.
Many leaks in our building (including in my apartment), issues with the elevator, issues with the gate
Great amenities. Huge closets. Washer and Dryer in unit. Covered parking.
Lot of roaches both inside the unit and around the community
I would recommend this apartment to friends and family reason nice community staff is very nice and close to a shopping and others.
The primary reason I am not very satisfied is the apartment does not have a good trash management and recycling program. There is no compost and plastic recyclables available. I called the leasing office many times on these concerns and it is disappointing to not have this when it is the need of the hour.
The apartments are very loud, and our neighbors upstairs are awful. My roommate and myself have complained multiple times and there has been no change, that is the only reason I would not recommend this apartment.
The Property looked very well kept (minus the leaves and sticks in the pool) but it's been a crazy weather season! My Leasing Consultant, Morgan was very exhibited a lot of patience answering my NUMEROUS questions about the property and neighborhood. He seemed to be very honest and transparent with his answers and very professional demeanor.
Very friendly and professional staff. Answered any and all questions with a smile and without reservations.
Excellent community with fast response time when any action is needed. I felt comfortable calling this place home.
It’s a great location;not too noisy; staff is friendly. For the price though, I would have expected since this is a pet friendly community, that the upkeep of the breeze ways would be well kept. I don’t want to bring company over and there are urine stains that have been there for weeks and occasionally feces I have to walk over. So for that reason, I would not recommend someone unless this was resolved.
I live in building 6000. The elevator has been out several days. It has made it hard to transport bags from the store. Someone moved in a few months ago with a dog. There have been multiple times where I have stepped in it's urine getting off the elevator. I don't smoke and often times my neighbors smoke seek through the vent.
Nice apartment layouts, finishes, good sized bathrooms, closet space is great, walkability to nearby food/entertainment
Awesome value per price, but please make application fees payable in any of online / cash / check / cashiers check / credit card / debit card / ACH / zelle / bitcoin instead of ONLY taking money gram money orders.
The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the noise of my new upstairs neighbor. They play music from 7-11/12ish most nights. It's getting annoying. Even my child came to me the other night because she couldn't sleep because of the noise. I know you can get that at any apartment place but just irks me that some people are not mindful of others around them.
The only reason I wouldn't really recommend it is b/c it is exorbitantly overpriced.
3 reasons. A-dog owners do not clean up after their dogs. Poop everywhere. B-tenant not worried about security. Keep finding gates open. I close them but they end up left open again. C-no enforcement of parking laws. See more people parking in handicap spots than those who actually have placards/plates.
i would recommend friends and family because nice community and great staff in the leasing office
I would because I've always been taken care of at Savannah...excuse me...Perimeter 31. Besides that, I love my apartment and the leasing office personnel are great too.
yes
Peace and quiet is my number one concern. It has been quiet for two weeks, and I love it. I don't think the current office staff feels comfortable reaching out to tenants about issues. They'll do it, but you can tell they are reluctant.
Maintenance is great, no question. I am still experiencing "stereo" issues below me and I feel that a notice should go out (just like the trash violation) that people will be fined. Kathleen called the guy below me and he said he works nights, but she didn't ask him what nights he's off. I only hear the noise 2 nights a week and I am keeping a log. I think a stronger statement should be made about stereos, including fines, as this would decide whether I would recommend this community to others. Thanks.
yes
I would recommend the property but warn anyone about the Leasing Agent who helped me. No one deserves that. When you cost people time, money and stress and not even address them is a poor reflection of the property.
The associate who handled my lease and move in was very confusing and stressful but if given to work with a different associate I believe it would have been a way better experience.
I would recommend based on the personal interaction; however, the existence of the issue in the first place reflects a different sort of problem which makes us just a bit less enthusiastic in our recommendation.
I won't let this one situation hinder my overall experience but would greatly appreciate if it was addressed as soon as possible.
I would recommend this apartment community is it is quit and the community is nice.
A common parc or play area for kids would have been a great addition. there are some places in the community where the facility can be added if management wants.
Aggi has been very kind and helpful. He makes sure to fix anything that is broken.
It is clean, quiet and the apartments are larger than in nearby buildings. The staff is friendly and I felt they were flexible and really tried to solve problems vs. quoting the rules.

I would because I've been here going on five years. When you live somewhere that is comfortable and you get to know some of your neighbors (although my whole floor is filled with new people) you'd want to continue that.
Great staff, great apartment layout, great community, great neighborhood. The leasing office was a little tricky to find, though, and we were not the only ones with that problem on the day we visited.

Best value for space in a pricey area, friendly and courteous staff, maintenance staff extremely attentive.
It seems like maintenance has become less important. Other apartment complexes in the area will have their requests addressed within a day or two, and mine took almost a week. Also, there is no communication as to when they expect to be coming by to complete the work. Better communication would make the experience a lot better.
It’s quite, secured, the staff is friendly and inviting, they speak to you by name and constantly keep us updated about everything that’s going on.
So far, I think Lincoln Properties is far superior to all management companies that I have rented from before. The level of detail and consideration for tenants is incredible. I love living at Savannah.
The apartment was good and the staff are very friendly and prompt. Any service request raised would be resolved quickly.
The amenities are not up to date for the price point. There are very few community events. The maintenance men are very nice but it takes them over 3 times to finish some jobs. There normally just paste over the problem without really fixing it.
