Say no more, we’ve created two patios on the second and seventh floor so you can have extra space to call home and to socialize with your neighbours and friends while taking in the sights. Living in such an accessible community makes it easy to live a car free lifestyle, but sometimes you may need to get on the highway and drive out to the mountain or across town for an appointment which is why we offer underground parking. We also offer out of suite bike storage to keep your suite clutter free and to make that lifestyle choice much easier. At Marquee on 16th, we believe in hospitality.
