Property Ratings at Marquette Heights Apartments
Not a place for single women to live. They refused to fix the outdoor parking lights for months. I would request it once a week for months. Over charged on utilities and random fees. There is mice and roaches
Great new management a lot of new improvements maintenance being kept up when needed been here a year and haven't had any problems with anything
Do not move here they don’t fix anything charge you for stuff your deposit should cover rude management the maintenance man is a joke they have bed bugs roaches and mice it’s bad.
Lived here 3yrs and love it. Old enough to know that most bad reviews are from people that break rules or have been evicted for not paying. Responsible adults love it here. Irresponsible punks that are destructive or don't pay, do not. Staff is great. Property is maintained nicely. It's a great community. Great place to live.

The new management and owners really seem to be listening to tenants and making significant investments in this property. It's a nice apartment community and the people seem to be very happy with all the changes. Our kids love the new playground and cleaned up pool. Thank you!
I have lived here for 2 years and was about to leave last spring when the property was sold. The new owners have been on site almost every day since they and have totally upgraded the property. They gave me new windows, new carpet and a new kitchen without raising my rent. Now I am going to stay at least another year or so until I get transferred for my job. Good place if you want a nice quiet living environment at a fair price.
