Property Ratings at Marquis at Brushy Creek
The dog owners in these apartments leave dog poop all over the walkways, there are cockroaches and wasps found both inside and outside the aparment buildings, and the apartment staff does nothing to help, even when we send in multiple requests.
Nice apartments, manager Janifer, and maintenance but front desk staff does have high turnover. The new but now previous front desk employees were kind, courteous and friendly but usually don't last long and leave. Rude employee(s) remains. When you walk into the front desk area, you will be met with a cold and demeaning 'Why are you bothering me?' personality (current front desk). You will always be approached with or asked in a snappy manor by her: "What do you want/need?" Again, It's cold, rude and not welcoming at all. Instead of showing simple kindness, assistance and mutual respect you are treated like you are a bother. Never greeted with a smile and never a nice 'How can I help'. I don't know why a community like this would allow this front desk behavior to continue but it does. Why? What a shame.
Ashely is absolutely fantastic! He consistently deliver high-quality work and is always a pleasure to collaborate with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone who is quick and responsive.

I don’t know anything prior to September 2023, but since then almost EVERY SINGLE DAY someone’s apartment is affected with thefts, break-ins and car break ins. This week 2 thefts happened in less than a week and the management don’t have the courtesy to inform the residents or warn the residents to be safe, vigilant and alert! Poor management.
Hey, I live here and renewed my lease a few months ago. I'd like to say the Staff and Maintenance have been and are amazing! Anytime I need assistance they are always on top of it, polite and professional! A little more than I wanted to spend but I renewed. I'd recommend this community for sure. Like to say both Marie and Corinne are very cool leasing agents to work with and Marie has helped me a few recent times! My apt was very clean, new carpet, and nice when I first moved in, still is ;) p.s. the pool and club house also help sell the place. Love the pool!

I have lived here now for a couple of years and I can't imagine moving. It's clean, quiet, safe and above all comfortable. It's a healthy mix of couple's, singles, familes who all respect each other's property. It's affordable, well maintained and has a great selection at the gym. Huge dog park, and walking trail. Close enough to the expressway but far enough to not feel constricted by city life. Check this place out. You won't regret it. Brad is awesome!!!!
