I can’t stress enough how wonderful it was to be here. Wildlife here helps you relax while on your porch, and it’s a quiet community. It is a 5 minute walk from the nearest grocery store and gas station, which I found very convenient. It is also right next to a nature preserve which allowed me to relax even more. The staff were very kind and the maintenance were timely in any circumstance (upstairs had a leak at one point and they fixed it almost immediately after sending in the request). I would love to continue living here if I hadn’t relocated for my career. Thank you so much for having us Caprock!
We relocated to Austin from South Florida last year. We spent a day looking at rental houses only to be turned down because of my big dog. We found Caprock by accident. Christy was (and still is) the most amazing at what she does. She sent us to two other Marquis properties and we ended up back at Caprock. There was just a "vibe" that we couldn't deny. The office treats you like family, not residents. Jesse always has cookies for my pup. The friendly deer were an unexpected surprise. Loved "living" with them.
