Property Ratings at Marquis at Town Centre
Marquis At Town Center is a Great place to live, with so much to offer. Maintenance responds within 24 hrs, they clean up after themselves and I had an under cabinet light go out and they seen the bulb on the counter and replaced it for me!!! I love everything about this place. I definitely recommend Marquis to any and everyone!!!!!
We have been here for about 10 months so far and are impressed. We have an amazing spacious balcony (and got lucky with a view of the green belt and mountain range). The rent is fair for the market. We're a quiet couple and feel lucky to have quiet neighbors, except for their little yappy dogs that seem to cover every section of the complex around us in shifts. If one corner is quiet for more than an hour, another dog will notice and pick up the slack. The apartment itself is well-built and clean, and has a beautiful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings (top floor). There are so many windows throughout the apartment that we rarely need to turn on our lights until it's dark outside. Maintenance generally responds within a couple of days for repairs and have always come over quickly same-day for emergencies. They also generally do quick and efficient work. There have been a few times where we felt like we could have easily done a more thorough or more efficient job ourselves, though. The office staff is very competent and respectful. We get a lot of deliveries and when we miss the truck, they've never lost any of our boxes at the office and there's always someone available to help right away. We'll be happily re-signing for another year lease. :)
I have been living in the Marquis At Town Center for 6 months now. The location is convenient to Boulder and Denver. The facilities are clean and quiet. There's nothing special about the neighborhood other than the convenience of the location, but that is huge! There is a nice pool and a hot tub that is open year round, so great for post snowboarding dips.
