Property Ratings at Marquis Coral Springs
If you're looking for a new place to live, please, keep looking. Marquis at Coral Springs has the worst structures I have ever seen. I've lived here for 4 years, unfortunately I moved in 2019 and covid happened and I feel stuck. The building is literally falling apart, I have cracked walls and wall frame tilting sideways. The building vibrates every night and when I called the office and they advised that the building is still "settling into the foundation", hence why the walls are shifting. They built this place in 2016, the walls should've been settled. This place is all smoke and mirrors, everything looks great from the outside, but every single component used to build these buildings were incredibly cheap. Dish washer is prob 10 yrs old and it does not rinse, washing machine vibrates the whole apartment when washing clothes, the cheap vinyl they used on the floor is coming undone. The smell of marijuana flowing through the vents every night is unbearable. Trash overflows from everywhere and the gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. Not to mention the noise, these floors and walls have ZERO insulation, ZERO! They've skipped out on every essential item that would make this place a somewhat comfortable place to live at. The new management company RangeWater aka C T Corporation has 26 complains filed against them on BBB in the last 3 yrs. It does not look like this place will get better any time soon. Please don't move here.

Unpleasant stay,the new management staff is no good at providing customer service along with delivering services takes forever to complete. The power keeps going out in the complex every other day or week for reasons,destroying electronic devices. In addition the parking rules are unsatisfactory residents cannot own more than 2 vehicles and 3 car will be towed away at owner’s expense meaning my son cannot park here and he lives here.
