I have been living in this apartment complex for the past three years and it used to be a perfect place to call home. The management was responsive, and maintenance issues were addressed promptly. However, a few of my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. I submitted a maintenance request several weeks ago and have yet to see any progress. Despite multiple follow-ups, the delays keep piling up, and I still have no clear timeline for when the issue will be resolved. This decline in service is frustrating and makes it hard to enjoy living here as I once did. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these delays and returns to the high standard of service that made this place great in the first place.

Let me hopefully save someone else from what I went through. **apartments are not guaranteed** First time in my life ever experiencing anything like this! This company is not professional or trustworthy . I am moving from out of town & after making the trip to view I liked them so I applied & was approved for an apartment, didn't sign the lease( move in date was months in advance) but paid my fees & when asked was promised the apartment that my application was approved for & that I would sign the lease closer to moving in. She calls me like a week later telling me that the current tenant decided to stay so I couldn't have that apartment but had another exactly the same. I hesitantly agreed since I had already paid my money. She then calls me back 3 days later telling me that the other tenant decided to stay! I asked her if she was just assuming they were leaving of if they were allowed to take back there notice to vacate. She told me their company policy is to allow them to take it back & stay!! Never in my life have I heard of a company doing this, it makes no sense. So they can take peoples money, tell them they have an apartment & then take it away all because they person who gave notice to vacate changed their mind? This makes them extremely unprofessional & untrustworthy. I know no one in their right mind would trust this company to call home if they knew it wasn't guaranteed. This is also prime time for moving so apartments go quick & rent can go up by the 100's daily so they really screwed me over. All the other apartments I looked at & liked had no more availability or rent was way too high. So when I could have & should have had my choice in where I wanted to live I ended up having to settle elsewhere. The only positive is I received my money back, one month later but that is the least they could do. I strongly urge this company to change it policy. I tried to reach out to corporate, received an e mail back that someone local would contact me but they never did.
I have stayed here for almost 2 years and love the place. The location, you can't beat it. Everything is near by, you can literally live without car (considering wfh option availability), Staff is so friendly especially, Pamela, Nancy and Erica helped me for any kind of support required for us. There is no delay in servicing maintenance requests (mostly within a day)whatsoever in these unusual times. By considering the location, apartment space, amenities, support from the staff the rent is very reasonable.
I really had a very bad experience and time with the people in the front deck. I had a lot of bugs in my apartment and each time they treated it, it comes again. My kids could not sleep because of it. The bugs can fly and it is really scary and disgusting. I did some research about the type of bugs I had and it shows that it can cause so many diseases. I told the stuff that I had to leave because of my kids (I had to sleep with them at the beginning of each night) if they don't get rid of the bugs. I decided to leave and I went to the office again and told them that. They said I had to pay two months and also pay for 15 days ( i had to give a note two months in advance). I told them I gave the note the day I came complaining and I made it clear that if you can not get rid of the bug I would leave. They said that you had to give a written note which they do not tell in the beginning. I told them I already gave the notice they said it has to be written. I told them I would pay the two months only, they said I had to pay for the 15 day as well which not fair.
We (my wife and I) stayed here for more than 2 years and it was a fabulous experience since beginning! Firstly, the community management team - they are doing an excellent job and all of the team members are very much helping, friendly, polite, cooperative and understanding! They heed to your concerns and take appropriate actions whenever possible to the best of their abilities! Through out my tenure of stay here, I would specifically like to mention about Erica, Elizabeth and Pamela who have been outstanding through out in all the aspects. They have become an extended family of ours in these last 2 years! Secondly, the location - you can't beat it! All the markets are nearby and the location is literally at the heart of the Triangle which will give you access to all the daily necessities at ease. Thirdly, in my opinion, CWS apartments provide really good floor plans. I have researched through a lot of apartment communities, but the kind of floor plans CWS give and the way they utilize the square feet area is remarkable! Fourthly, this community has almost all the facilities - a very prompt maintenance service along with emergency on-call support. in this context, I would like to mention about Ian who has been very prompt in addressing the service requests and courteous too. They also have a nice pool, Gym, Business Center, Kids' Playground, etc. Fifth, they keep on organizing different kind of activities, food trucks, pizza nights, etc. Considering all the above points, the rent is really reasonable. We would have never left this community if we would not have to relocate to another state due to job change. We are really missing this community and the management team! We definitely recommend Marquis on Cary Parkway!
Clean , quite community the gorings a well maintained. Great staff, great location, fantastic amenities. Fast, clean and professional maintence. Close to great shopping and food. Close to expressway. 20minutes from almost everything I need 10 minutes from airport . Two mivie theaters close
This apartment property is such a great place to be. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are typically taken care of the same day and there is always a maintenance staff member on call 24/7. The amenities are fantastic. There's a dog park, a playground, laundry center and a pool. Everything you could possibly want! I love living here and plan to stay!
