Only one fault I love the complex. Very communicative and helpful during the recent hurricane and storm. I literally only have one complaint. The trash. It never gets picked up. I’m not sure if it is because I’m in a corner…but my trash never gets picked up. I shouldn’t have to take the trash if I’m paying to have it picked up

A quiet, peaceful, place to live. Yes, it does depend on where you are in the complex, if you live near the pool expect some noise, make sense. Management addressed all issues in a timely manner is respectful and polite.

If I could give a 0 star due to the previous property manager. Now I'm leaving a 5 star review. I have been a resident here for over a year and a half. With the previous manager the issues in my apartment were not only near IMPOSSIBLE to get fixed but a complete nightmare. Our apartment would flood EVERY time it we had a hard rain, I'm talking 2 inches of water. My many attemps both in person and through our tenant portal for maintenance reqests to be fixed were ignored or seriously delayed. The wall, concrete under the carpet and carpet were moldy and smelled like a cat litter box. Deborah's resolution was to send someone out to extract the water then blow the carpet dry. My bedroom suite was being ruined and had be moved and piled up away from the water. I had to sleep on the couch because my bed was on top of my desser. One time it took over two months just to get the carpet done. 2 months sleeping on my couch! Last spring our air conditiong broke, it wasn't fixed until the first cold snap. 6 months with an air conditioner that didn't work right. I was at my wits end and ready to take extreme actions, not to mention leaving when my lease expired. But, along came Anna, poor woman was bombarded with every issue and complaint that was not taking care of. Tenants who were fed up with not having their problems taken care of, I was one of them. It took another month and a half to fix the issue causing the flooding. Anna was keeping me updated as to the contractors time schedule. I was elated, finally answers and actions!! The probem that caused the flooding was fixed, no more sleepimg on the couch!! Any other problems that we've had have been addressed and taken care of. Anna is a godsend!! She is much more than 100 times over and better than Deborah. Yes, we have other problems here in the community. It does take time to resolve them, especially if our new manager walked into a big mess. Thank you Anna, you're amazing and you make living here a much better experience.
The staff is great. The management is wonderful to handle everything in a timely manner. Very respectful and encouraging. Love to place. Great environment.

For whatever rent is quoted make sure to add 10 dollars for each pet, 10 dollars for trash, 5 dollars for pest control, and 40 dollars for mandatory cable each month. Also, the buildings are outdated, parking is not great, and the pool area is nice. Even though maintenance picks up trash everyday there is always trash lying around due to inconsiderate residents. Parking rules are not enforced nor are rules for picking up after your dog. Grills are in dire need of replacing. Screened in porches are nice though.

Make sure you harass them to get any information on money you owe after you move out or they will send you straight to collections without trying to contact you. We made sure they had our new address, phone numbers, and emails before we left so that we could get information on any damages that we owed. I even called to check and they said they didn't have the information yet. Nearly two years later we are dealing with collections from them. We could have easily paid the damages without them hurting my credit or allowing the interest to build up. So shady. This was after months of living in an apartment with a broken AC, a stove that didn't work (a stove that they charged us for drip pans on when they threw the whole stove away anyways...), and countless other maintenance issues. Rick was the only saving grace about this place. It's also a haven for crime. I don't suggest anyone live here.

This apartment is in a nice area. The trees allow for the ac not to run as much. Down fall is that parking is terrible. They claim there's enough space for every one to have one spot, which is a total lie. The People are so lazy at parking, that instead of going across the street to park, they will park along the medians, which cause them to be behind people, blocking those cars in. They office has sent out several letters to the residents telling them not to do this, or they'll be ticketed......no one has received tickets yet. Cops won't do anything because it's classified as a "private property" and would only get involved if it involved a handicapp spot. As others said, the place needs to be renovated. I have had issues with the manager only, the assistant has never given me a problem, but that's just me. They can't claim it's crime free because there's been several break ins in cars in the complex. I would totally look for another place!!!
I'll keep this clean and concise for you, because if your apartment hunting is anything like mine you don't have time to waste: 1. Descent property, one of the few to include washer and dryers. Layout is very open (Kitchen, Dining, Living and Patio) 2. They're dated though and could really use a renovations. They're constantly trying to cut corners on this. It took two weeks to get the carpet replaced upon move in. It was saturated with dog urine. I cans still smell it at times. 3. They require you to get cable ($45) and a minimum of 100,000 liability coverage 4. Remember those renovations they refuse to do, well they still have gas water heaters. I can always smell gas when water has been ran. They claim that's normal. 5. The staff though minimal are really sweet. They could use at least one more staffer. All in all this isn't the worst place to live, but it certainly isn't the best. I'm on the fence about renewal.
Where I live is very quiet and nice,everyone minds their own business. Maintenance is on their job and the ppl at the office are very nice no complaints over here!
I have had a horrible experience with this place. The buildings are falling apart. The management is a joke. Every person my family talks to is going through, or had the same issues. Management is lazy and rude. When i told her about my issues she rolled her eyes. This made me frustrated so i tried to get past it stress that i would like my issue to be taken seriously. It was a serious matter as in safety, this proceeded to her raising her voice and litterally stomping her foot on the ground. Still no call from other management. I placed a call to the regional and to the corporate #. You see how much they care about their residents. Go somewhere else to live! Also my ac went out 3 separate times (3 day fix) each time!
This place has pros and cons. Pros: good storage, love the screen porch, good sized bedrooms, and my main reason for renting here is that it allows my pets. Cons: older, strange lighting, office crew not the best, garbage location, loud pool area all summer at all hours. The place is like I said 'nice enough.'
I have lived in three different places in Savannah in the past 6 months and I am so very happy I found this place! It is clean, well kept, fair, spacious and not like all the other apartments on this street! Highly recommend to college students and small families. They are even super pet friendly with no weight restrictions and just a $10 pet rent! Love living here so much!
