Marsh Creek Village

Been here about a year now and I can say in all honesty that this isn't a bad place to live. My unit had a few issues when we first moved in but Mgmt did everything they could to make it right. The complex is safe (I walk my dog sometimes late at night) and I never feel uncomfortable. My only complaint is there is sometimes an overflow of trash in the dumpster which is just an eyesore but doesn't directly affect my living conditions. Overall I like it here and will probably renew another year.

I lived in the 2 bedroom apartment for a year, one good thing i can say about Marsh creek is that they take good care of their property. During the winter i did not have any HEAT AT ALL. maintenance came to attempt to rectify the situation but could not get my heat to work, i had to survive in the winter from space heaters and running the oven all day. Everytime i called maintenance they came within 24hrs. The apartment was very quiet and a safe neighborhood. I never had a problem with any of the management. The apartments are made pretty cheap and there is not enough storage space inside. Make sure the apartment is spotless when moving out or they will charge you for every thing you don't clean.

Dont ever be a day late for rent or get a complaint againts you. I havent done either but know others who have. Also never ever trust a word that Kimberly says, she has told me wrong rent prices resulting in late fees, she doesnt know many policies or protocol. so word of advice talk to the manager if you dont want to end up in a big mess due to her saying whatever pops into her head. The appartments are nice. Be prepared for a lot of noise if you are in a lower appartment. Dont expect repairs to be done in a timely manner

While I did not ultimately lease an apartment from Marsh Creek, I was extremely impressed. The only reason I chose a different location was to be closer to family. My leasing agent, Kimberly, was very helpful and professional. She walked me through every step of the leasing process; she was knowledgeable of the property; and she seemed to genuinely care whether I was happy with the property.

I love my new place. I have no complains. I have the luxury 2 bedroom and its exactly like descriped. I think the play scape needs improving. There is no shelter against the sun and the mulch needs to be cleaned and relayed. I took my grand there and was disappointed. But its a nice quiet place to live. The kids that live here are not loud or destructive. Seem like nice kids. I love Kim in the office. She is funny and so kind.

I recently moved into one of the renovated units at Marsh Creek Village and love it so far. The styling of my apartment is great, and I love the fact that the living room isn't carpet, which really helps my allergies. The granite counters really feel luxurious too. Now that its summer, I find myself at the pool quite frequently. I haven't had much interaction with the staff, but they seem pleasant. Overall, my experience at Marsh Creek has been great!
