Property Ratings at Welcome Home to The Grand at New Port!
I've been in the apartment complex since 2015 and it's been a place to call home every since I've moved here the best destination I could ever have made It's quite and reasonable
The apartment complex is running the best pricing to accommodate better people in your surroundings. I had been resident in this apartment for over 6 months. I am totally satisfied. Ups and downs are everywhere. I rate it high among the better communities in this vicinity.
Excellent place to live. Quiet and serene. With really nice staff security hand on the property. Have 2 playgrounds for the kids. Office staff and maintenance are very attentive and work on timely manner. Additionally, the apartment updates and renovations are very and have really awesome neighborhood to live in. And good schools to attend.
This place is very good for stay. I am leaving here. Everything is good. I recommend this place for everybody to come and enjoy.
The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any maintenance
I have been living in these apartments for more than a year. I must say that I have good neighbors and these apartments have good living facilities such as free water, a dishwasher, its heating system is natural gas, and a washing machine and dryer are available inside the apartment. When I need help, professionals provide good services for repair, maintenance, and upkeep as soon as possible. In addition to these facilities, there is a good storage room in the back to store extra belongings, and there is a good recreational area for children where my sons play during their holidays and enjoy their time with their good friends. Thanks
I have been living here over a year now. Everything is fine. Highly suggested for reasonable pricing and living
I like The Grand at Newport because while it is more affordable than other places. It has older buildings but the maintenance team and managementhas been doing a great job renovating and does a great job of meeting our needs promptly and they are very friendly and professional!
Dont bother applying. Theyll require you to put $100 down just to apply, on top of the application feDont bother applying.
