About Marshall Student Housing Co-op
Marshall Student Housing Co-op is nestled in the Heart of Dinkytown and just a couple blocks from the U of M Campus. Across the street is Target Express, where you have quick access to most of your grocery or household needs. Our residents are members of the Co-op who can join the co-op board and participate in governance and democratic process. Member can be involved in certain decisions that impact their residency like rent rates, capital improvements and engage in fun engaging events the cooperative board hosts. This is a small 16 unit building that is known for quietness and coziness. The upper apartments even have new balconies!
