Secret Serinity

A cozy little studio in the heart of downtown Portland. The location is perfect for using the transit system if you prefer the simplicity without the obligation of maintaining a vehicle as the trolley stops only a block away. This historical building has staff available 24/7 with one posted for assisting visitors and residents protecting their best interests and offering assistance at all times. A built in security system monitoring the common areas offers reassurance for walking freely without threat or danger. Each unit has been recently remodeled but maintains old charm with vintage appeal including the older push pull style windows. The staff are wonderful and helpful caring for residents as genuinely as family and help make it a place to call home.

Martha Washington Apartments

It's and historic building and the apartments are nice but it's a diverse community. There are tenants there who have some serious mental issues that some times disturb the other normal tenants living there. And some times the Resident Service Coorindator doesn't know how to effectively deal with those issues that interfer with the overall safety and security of the tenants and building.
