Dirty and poor remodeling
I look at these apartments while visiting downtown. The place was dirty and a lot of work still needed to be done. The building was already in service, but definitely they need a new manager. There were beer cans in several areas and the stairs were full of dirt. The elevator was terrible, but I assume they will replace it since it was missing some covers.
