Maryland Park

My roommate and I really enjoy living at Maryland Park. I will definitely be staying here for the next few years while I am in college. They are very fast when responding to maintenance requests. Also Jeff, Lyndsay, and Zach at the Maryland Park location are very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been living at Lake Terrace for almost 6 months now and everything has been great! Northland Management staff & maintenance are attentive, the building is clean, and they clean/repaint your unit before you move in for a satisfied finish. Very pleased living here

My roommate and I love the management here. Everyone is so kind, and prompt with maintenance. The lobby always smells good, is clean, and quiet. We love the Lake Terrace Apartments!

I chose Northland Management for my apartment because a friend of mine rented from Northland a few years ago. She never had complaints and enjoyed her apartment's management and quality. With this knowledge, I knew that when I wanted to start renting I wanted Northland as my management company and I am glad that I chose them. The communication with management is always great and the property is clean and well-kept up.

Very clean place! Never have an issue with trash or cleanliness of common spaces. There's an elevator, which is really nice to have. The available parking garage is such a nice option and it's very helpful for staying out of the winter weather here! Management is very nice and timely with replies. I would recommend this place to anyone interested!

I have been a tenant for Northland Management for about 3 years, very organized and on top of things, management is nice and understanding, anytime I had an issue maintenance was always there.

I've been with marypark for about 8months and what you pay for is what you get. A excellent experience and owner. Very happy we found this place.

I have rented from Northland for about six months, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the landlords and everyone who works here. They are very communicative, they do their best to always be accommodating, and they're very timely with maintenance requests and questions overall. I moved here in 2017 and I have enjoyed every moment of it. The top two things that I look for in my apartment are the upkeep of the building and assigned underground parking. Northland has achieved both tremendously. Also, we have a common area for laundry which I enjoy definitely in the wintertime, and when I just have to do one small load, or even at night time when it's 2 am. I can honestly say I have never had any issues with the company they do their part for sure keeping the property updated. Probably why I have been here for some time!! Also, the area is really quiet even though the student campus is fairly close. Lake Michigan is within walking distance and the area is definitely walkable for stores and food alike. People in this area are super friendly which I definitely enjoy too, meeting new people.

With Northland Property Management, I have regularly received the greatest residential support services. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Every time I've requested maintenance, I've gotten a quick response and their service is great. I'm planning to stay with Lake Terrace Apartments for the rest of my time in Milwaukee, and I  strongly recommend their properties to all incoming graduate students who are seeking accommodation.

I have been a resident at one of the Northland properties for almost four years. They have been most accommodating during that time. Any requests for maintenance are prioritized and taken care of swiftly. I highly recommend leasing from them. Their office personnel are very professional and courteous. So far, I've been living here for 6 months and can say that I have not been bothered by much. I would wake up to children playing at recess from the school nearby which I found to be peaceful. I never hear my neighbors on the sides of my hall, only the floor boards from my upstairs neighbor is all. Other tenets seem decent enough and mind their business. Management seems to be well versed and regularly active when needed.

Great company to rent from, they are friendly and quick to respond to any concerns you may have!

I have lived in several different apartments while in the Milwaukee area and Northland Management has been one of the best landlord companies to work with. They value honesty, transparency, fairness, and a good living environment for their residents. They are constantly making improvements to the building and trying to keep it in tip-top shape. Everyone is very friendly and they do not treat you like a number or a rent check, you are treated like a valued resident. I absolutely recommend any of their buildings.

If you’re looking at northland management properties I highly suggest movie forward. They are very caring and responsible. The properties are well kept and maintained!

This home is literally a few streets away from the University. Easily within walking distance to the University, a grocery store, and plenty of different houses of worship. The staff is super friendly and really approachable.

I am in my second lease at Maryland Park with my boyfriend. Honestly, we both love living here! It's a cozy apartment perfect for some college kids (: We have lived here for about 14 months and have really taken note of how great the apartment building is. For instance, they are constantly enhancing the building by painting interior and exterior spaces, repairing both elevators in the building, cleaning out shared spaces on a very regular basis and more! And as a nice touch, they always have the lobby look so nice with the changing seasons - it feels very welcoming when entering the building (: Plus, maintenance staff is knowledgeable and reliable. We recently had a problem with a leaky kitchen sink and put in a request on a weekend and by that Monday, a nice maintenance staff member came to assess the problem and replaced our garbage disposal with no hassles within 20 minutes. Overall, very friendly and eager to help us which I know is not always the case with other apartment companies! I feel I could trust the maintenance staff with other requests in the future if needed. Overall, everyone I have interacted with in the office is very kind and professional. I think they have also great communication skills as whenever we have had a question, they responded very quickly! We also have taken note that noise through shared walls is very minimal to none most of the time, so we have always been able to concentrate on school or working from home with ease (: Overall 5/5 stars - I think this is a great leasing company in Milwaukee!

Through both leases the Northland Management staff has been incredibly attentive with any service needs for my apartment and/or questions. They always respond quickly to emails & calls and are always ready to help or provide the right resources. They are constantly working to improve the apartment building whether it’s renovating the front walk way, painting, etc. The Maryland Park Apartments is by far one of the cleanest and most well kept apartments I have seen in Milwaukee & I love living here. I feel very safe in this building & am glad to call it home!

The apartments they have here are really nice and reasonably priced! I live in a two bedroom apartment and it has a great amount of space so you never feel cramped! They have indoor parking options which are amazing for the winters in Milwaukee and they have areas for bikes as well. Not only this but they also have lockers available for extra storage. Whenever there is an issue those in the office are on top of fixing the problem and helping in whatever way they can. They genuinely care for their tenants well being and it shows! As a college student this apartment complex is perfect!

Northland Management is an excellent business to rent through. We love are apartment, it was very clean, recently renovated and a great quality for the money. The management is super responsive and handle things in a very efficient timely manner. I am really glad we went with Northland Management for our place to live

The apartments are in a good area right next to UWM, and if you're looking for a nice, small apartment, these are perfect for 2 people. Rent is affordable if split with a roommate, but it can add up if you want a parking space as well. I wouldn't recommended renting alone, even a studio since it is pricey, especially with parking. Otheriwse, the building is well kept and clean, packages and mail are managed well.

My apartment on Park place has been one of the best experiences I have had living in Milwaukee since 2012. The location is perfect, right next to Whole Foods, my gym downtown, and also blocks away from Brady street where there are an abundant amount of great restaurants. In addition, I have underground heated parking and the noise level of my neighbors is virtually non-existent. The management has been attentive each time I had a maintenance concern and I even got my stove replaced this year. Thank you Northland Properties!!

I moved into Maryland Park Apartments in August of 2020. Jeff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the rental process. I am currently in a 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor with my girlfriend. The apartment is just the right size for the two of us, and we love to cook together in the large kitchen we have. This apartment building is perfect for UW-Milwaukee students because it is located only four blocks south of campus, and the building is right on the 30 and 30x bus routes. The building is very secure, with packages being delivered inside the locked entrance. The laundry room is very nice, and you can pay for the machines through an app on your phone. You also have the option for some storage space thats located on the ground floor, so that's a great place to store holiday decorations, etc. This building also has elevators which are super convenient, especially since we live on the third floor. Another plus is that I rarely hear any noise coming from our neighbors. I would highly recommend this building to anyone, especially UWM students looking for an affordable place to live off campus!
