I am starting my third year with the Mason apartments and just transferred to a renovated apartment. It is updated, modern, and homey. It is a home I can be proud of and show off. The office staff, office manager, maintenance manager, and maintenance staff are very friendly and welcoming. They take the time to create professional relationships with tenants to make sure their needs are met and they feel welcomed. The location is perfect with multiple grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants only minutes away. I hope and look forward to staying here for many more years.

I have been here two years, we was going to move when our lease was up but couldn’t due to the pandemic save yourself the headache from the people in the office besides Mrs Paula she is great and wonderful but she only works part time so you have to deal with one incompetent office assistant or whatever she may be and one it’s not my problem attitude property manager we have put work orders in for things that need to be fixed it took months for them to get fixed had to call the regional office still certain things were not fix it’s just ridiculous they want their money for the rent but yet do not want to fix things And be mindful you have to pay for every little thing to get replaced.

I moved in 2 months ago and told them when I moved in about toilet that didn't work. 2 months later, it is still not fixed regardless of my multiple follow ups with management. Also few weeks ago the bathtub drain started having dirty water back up into the tub which I told them about in person and online- not fixed! Now we're stuck with 12 month lease and paying for things we can't even use!

i’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but we moved in to this apartment complex at the beginning of january and it’s been. a complete nightmare since. our A/C has gone out multiple times this summer and they still have not fixed it. we have gone a week so far without a working A/C unit and this is absolutely unacceptable. too yourself a favor and find a different apartment complex to move into.

Place appeared nice on initial visit and tour of an empty apartment. However, day one of moving the apartment was hot so we chalked it up to having the door open moving in.. Ok 8 hours later it was still 80 degrees in here. Turned AC to a lower temp to see if we could get it to cool off in here. By the time we woke up in the morning it was just below 80. The next day left the AC set around 65 came home in the afternoon it was 85° in here. Call the office and ask them to come check the air I was told it's because I live on the top floor and that is five because I had just moved in the day before. OK fine where did another couple of days still the same scenario. Walked into the front office again to discuss the AC issue when I walked in the office the lady in the office said what did we do now? I was like really i'm sorry to inconvenience you and was told being that it's not 100° it's not that big of a deal. Then there's the parking situation we have visitor parking however you still need to have a pass to park in the visitor parking. Here's the kicker you can have a pass if you go to the office before they close and request one. Who all knows when they're going to need to overnight pass to let somebody spend the night here so their car don't get towed? And if you have two adults and one apartment you only get one pass how does that work?

the cliffs is perfect never had any major issues when something in the apartment needed fixed they came right out within 24hrs. The area is super quiet and clean and i'll be renewing my lease for sure
